There are three set of user’s administrator, customers, and employees to resolve customers requests or complains. As the system tracking and tracing processes are customer-facing processes, customers demand immediate responses to their questions and users demand immediate response from their system. Depending on how much information’s exchanged between the customer and the user, the nature of the request, the cycle time of each tracking transaction may vary. However each step of the process must provide immediate response time to keep up with the user and customer exchange.

This application is performance-testing application. In this application a web service is run on selected server and selected data source. The application records time taken for execution and shows results in tabular format. Application is still in progress and more functionality is yet to be added. This application required huge calculations and logic to show data because database did not provide data filtering and thus data filtering had to be done using logic. This application became role model for further creation of MVC based applications.
