2003 with the objective of providing modern education

with special emphasis on information technology through

advanced learning techniques. I think skill development

courses in information technology & other trades is

potential to absorb 5.34 million people by 2017-2018.

Information-Technology will be a great economic booster

as export revenue estimate of INDIA will increase to

270337.17USD Million by 2017-2018. Above statistics

clearly shows that future of IT & Knowledge industry is

vast, but still there is a great gap in the demand and

supply of IT professionals in INDIA.

The objective of Skill Development is to create a

workforce empowered with the necessary and

continuously upgraded skills, knowledge and

internationally recognized qualifications to gain access to

decent employment and ensure India's competitiveness in

the dynamic global market. It aims at increasing the

productivity and employability of workforce (wage and

self-employed) both in the organized and the unorganized

sectors. It seeks increased participation of youth, women,

disabled and other disadvantaged sections and to

IDENTITY CARDEvery student will be issued a photo identity card which should be carried along with him/her on every visit to the campus or study center. The Identity card is valid only for the duration of program, the student has sought the admission for. It is mandatory to carry ID card at the examination -center as an ID Proof.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR EXAMINATION To be eligible to appear at the term-end examination in any course, the students are required to fulfill the following conditions:

J They should have paid the program/Tuition fee due for

that year.

J They should submit the examination form with

examination fee on time.

J They attended the minimum no of lectures required.

J Their performance in unit test will also be considered to

allow them for final exam.

EXAMINATION STRUCTURE

J For each certificate & diploma courses, there will be an

online /offline exam of 100 marks

J Students are required to pass in each exam. Minimum

passing marks are 33% in each exam.

J Students are also required to submit assignments &

project work to pass diploma course.

RESULTThe candidate must have scored 33% in each subject of course. Those who score less than 33% will be considered failed in the examination.

REAPPEARIf a student fails to clear an exam, He/She can reappear in an online/offline exam in the course in which he/she failed, on payment of the prescribed exam fee.

RE-EVALUATION OF RESULT

If a student is not convinced with his/her result; he/she can apply for re-evaluation of the same for filling up re-evaluation form with fee within 15 days of declaration of results.

PROVISIONAL PASS CERTIFICATE & DETAIL MARK CARD Provisional pass certificate and detail mark card will be issued after the declaration of result to authorized study center without any fee.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMAAward of Certificate/ Diploma will be issued on request with application form and on payment of prescribed fee, after receiving result, Detail mark card & provisional pass certificate by the candidate. The candidate has to submit an application form along with Draft of fee, Xerox copies of required documents and a self-declaration form to our campus with the help of our study center.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATE

HOW TO TAKE ADMISSION

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP OFFLINE FORM:-

Fill in application form legibly after carefully reading the prospectus.

Candidate while submitting application form shall follow the instructions given below:

1. The application shall be submitted to our study center where they intend to study. Also direct application form will be accepted by us in the form of registration post.

2. Candidate should submit four copies of passport size photographs of which one must be affixed to the application form and to the identity card at the space provided. The other two be put in the separate cover and enclosed with the application form. On the back of each of these photographs the candidate must mention his/her name, class and serial number of the admission application form.

3. Before submitting the prescribed fees please make sure that you fulfill all the eligibility condition for admission to the program applied for. The fee once paid will not be refunded.

4. Admission made to any program is provisional till the organization finally approves it.

5. The students shall not allow attending the class without identity card or fee paid receipt.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP ONLINE FORM

Applicant may take online admission through our website www.aashadeep.com by filling up application form & uploading scan copies of required documents & Photograph.

APPLICANT WILL SUBMIT THE FEE THROUGH EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING MODE

J Cash to be deposited at the cash counter of our main

campus or our study center.

J Demand draft/Pay order to be drawn in favor of

Aashadeep Educational Trust, payable at New Delhi and must have applicant's name, Address, contact number and program name on the back of DD.

J Applicant may apply directly deposit the fees through our

website & submit the fee through payment gateway either by net banking, credit or debit card.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

1. Attested Xerox copy of Date of Birth Certificate.

2. Attested Xerox copy of Eligibility certificate.( It may be 8th, 10th or 12th Mark sheet or passing certificate)

3. Attested Xerox copy of last passed qualification.

4. Attested Xerox copy of valid identity proof.

5. 4 Passport size colored photographs.

The methodology of instruction in this organization is different from other traditional organizations. Our organization's system is more learner-oriented, so much so, the candidate has to be invariably an active participant in the teaching learning process. The organization follows a multi-channel approach for instructions suitably comprising of the following.

Study Material for all subjects, which are supplied in the form of PDF files (Soft Copy).

J Theory & Practical session will be held at study centers, to

suit the convenience of candidates.

J Assignments for assessments, evaluation and feedback of

comprehension of study material.

J Project work to enable the candidate to gain an insight

into independent working on a practical project.

OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM

1. Face to Face Mode: - Where a student has an opportunity to complete the all program structure contents in the class rooms & labs of our study centers through competent faculties during flexible hours.

2. Online Mode: - Online Mode comprises of all forms of electronically supported learning and teaching. Content is delivered via internet, audio or Video tapes, satellite TV & CD-ROM. It can be self-paced or instructor-led and includes media in the form of text, image, animation, streaming video & audio.

MODE OF TEACHING

RULES & REGULATIONAWARD OF DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATEMarks statement shall be issued to all those students who had appeared for term end examination. The diploma/certificate will be awarded to the students only if he/she acquired a pass grade in all the semester end examination within the maximum duration of the course.

In case the student does not clear all the examination in the maximum duration, he/she will not be awarded a diploma/certificate and no fee shall be refunded in that case what so ever the reason may be.ISSUE OF DUPLICATE DOCUMENT

1. For issue of duplicate Detail Marks card, duplicate provisional certificate &duplicate award of Certificate/Diploma, a student has to pay Rs.500/- for each document.

2. For issue a duplicate identity card, a student has to pay a sum of Rs.100/-.

J False declaration of qualification by the candidate will disqualify his/her admission to the organization including appropriate penal action

J All legal disputes, if any, shall come under the jurisdiction of Mukerian courts only.

J Changes if any or up gradation in syllabus is decision of organization on its own.

J If a student is found to have concealed any information or violates any rules of organization shall be liable for cancellation of his/her admission with us.

J Fee would be collected with in the first five working days of the month.

J Students depositing fee after due date would have to pay a fine of Rs.10 per day.

J In case, student fails to submit his/her fees by 10th of every month his/her name would be struck from the register.

J Students are required to ask for their receipt while paying fee to prevent any kind of dispute in future. If candidate is unable to show his receipt, the fees would not be considered to be paid.

J A minimum attendance of 75% (In Regular Mode) of total working days is required during the whole course.

J Fine of Rs.10/- per day would be charged for every absent marked in a month.

J The name of any student who is absent for 30 days without leave shall be struck off.

J Leave is granted only if prior application is submitted duly signed by parents/guardian.

J Entry to institute would not be allowed without identity card.

J Any kind of misbehavior/Indiscipline would not be tolerated and lead to expulsion from the center.

J Use of mobile/cell phones inside institute is not allowed.

J Students are expected to be in class at least five minutes before class starts, in case of late arrival he/she would be marked absent.

J Wednesday of every weak would be a test day.

J Rights of admission are reserved. 5
