Out-of-Home PSA Overview Purpose
To demonstrate what patient determination and advanced orthopaedic
surgery can do to help people lead fulfilling and productive lives, the
American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons produced five different
out-of-home posters showing how people rebounded from serious
injuries. They were created by August/Lang & Husak of Bethesda,
Maryland and distributed by Goodwill Communications to airports,
shopping malls and transit companies.
Results
The number of total posters displayed: 351
The number of venues where they were displayed: 153
The total Gross Impressions for the campaign: 373 million
The total value for the campaign was $815,502 or an ROI of
23 to 1.
