2004 First AAAG Elections were held selecting Clint Allen as Chair, and Anita Russell as Vice ChairAAAG participates in National Hispanic MBA and National Society of Black Scientists and Engineers Conferences
2005 AAAG begins annual participation in BMS Diversity Council quarterly meetings, and BMS Connections Mentoring ProgramAAAG begins annual BMS Celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday
2007 AAAG begins annual BMS Celebration of Black History Month
2008 Anita Russell elected as Chair, and Brian Smith as Vice ChairAAAG begins annual participation in National Black MBA ConferenceAAAG-led “I Promise” Campaign raises nearly $20,000 in employee donations and sponsors a 5-member team to travel to the KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa to implement a breast cancer awareness program.
