Warranty- All Semtron Inc.® products have a one year warranty on parts and labor except for normally expend-

able items which have a limited warranty of ninety days from the date of shipment to the original buyer.

Quotations- For information on quantity discounts and custom built products, please contact sales. A design

drawing and quote can be faxed or emailed to you.

Shipping- UPS®, FedEx®, and common surface carrier are available shipping options. Please notify sales of

your shipping preference. Service charges may apply.

Terms- All approved Semtron distributors will be given Net 30 terms.

Returns- An RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number must be issued for returns. No returns will be

accepted after 90 days. Call our sales department for assistance.

Custom product policy-Any product designed and built to customer specifications is considered custom.

Orders for custom products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. The customer is required to approve

product design in writing by signing approval on the print(s). Most Semtron® products are considered to be

custom.
