We have been host to one fairytale wedding after another for more than 30 years.

The Farm Inn offers a range of five wedding venues, three boma’s, two charming indoor chapels as well as a brand new outdoor wooden deck, overlooking a picturesque dam suitable for outdoor ceremonies. Combined with our superb South African cuisine and hospitality we offer an all-encompassing wedding service to turn your wedding dream into a reality.

We know beautiful memorable and timeless weddings don’t just happen.They take thoughtful planning and careful co-ordination. There is so much to do and to remember that you may find the whole experience overwhelming. Our qualified staff ensure a unique touch to every couple’s needs and we have committed ourselves to offering the very best assistance to ensure that your wedding day is stress free and is everything you dreamed it would be.

The Chapels

We offer three options: The Stone Chapel, The Willow Chapel & The Outdoor wooden deck.

The VenuesOur wedding venues are available for groups between 25-200 guests. Venues can be selected according to the number of wedding guests attending. As all the venues have a minimum and maximum amount of guests it can accommodate. For something different you can book one of our Bomas for a truly African wedding.

Bomas:Mkulu Boma is a traditional open boma accommodating up to 100 guests. Wag ‘n Bietjie Boma is completely covered, accommodating up to 80 guests. The Lion Camp Boma can accommodate up to 30 guests and is situated adjacent to the Lion enclosures within the game reserve, guests are transported to the Lion camp Boma in a game drive vehicle.- No loud music is allowed in the bomas.

Morning Weddings: 08h00 – 10h00 (ceremony at 09h00) 10h00 – 12h00 (ceremony at 11h00)

Afternoon Weddings: 14h00 – 16h00 (ceremony at 15h00) 16h00 – 18h00 (ceremony at 17h00)

Deposit and Final Payment Information

Based on a signed contract, a deposit of 25% is required to secure your event. Final arrangements and full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. Acceptable methods of payment for any last minute charges are: Credit Card or Cash.

Terms and Conditions:

Once a confirmation date expires, the provisional booking will automatically be released. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposits. Deposits are r non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or postponement.

Final numbers & arrangements must be done 14 days prior to the event: including final payment.

Gratuity is optional at the discretion of the client. All prices are inclusive of 14% VAT.

Children under 12 years will be charged 50% of the agreed adult menu price and children under 4 years are free of charge.

Food on the buffet will be displayed only for 3 hours from confirmed time of main course.

No food or beverages may be brought onto the premises.

Should an open bar be required a limit is required, due with the final payment 14 days prior to weddings

All florists to be out of the venue 2 hours before the commencement of the function, to allow our waiters to clean and prepare the venue.

DJ’s and photographers will be allowed to set up 2 hours prior to the function.

No staplers to be used for any decorations.

Secure parking with 24 hour security is provided.

Music to stop at 24h00 & bar to close at 24h00. No children without adult supervision.

Unfortunately we do not allow any takeaways.
