Dec. 21 - Wal-Mart, 2136 Campbellsville Highway in Lebanon, reported an incident of theft by unlawful taking over $500/shoplifting and unlawful transaction with a minor. The stolen items were recovered and retained by Wal-Mart. The recovered items were valued at $698.12. Also at that location, the Lebanon Police reported an inci- dent of neglect by caretaker. The victim was a 12-year-old male who had been instructed by the suspect to conceal items in a purse. - The Lebanon Police respond- ed to a report of disorderly con- duct and third-degree terroristic threatening at 324 W. Chandler Street in Lebanon. - Karyn Turner of Lester NE Drive in Albuquerque, N.M., reported identify theft, which had occurred between Oct. 23 and Dec. 12. Dec. 22 - The Lebanon Police respond- ed to a report of alcohol intoxica- tion and possession of alcohol by a minor in Hamilton Heights. - James D. Thomas of Country Club Drive reported an incident of theft by unlawful taking over $500 (auto). A 1996 GMC Sierra 4X4 extended cab pickup valued at $5,000 was recovered Dec. 23 at Central Kentucky Surgical Institute. Dec 23 - The Lebanon Police received a report of an injury accident at 9:17 p.m. on Barbers Mill Road. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident scene. Delbert Jones, 51, of 2178 Long Run Road in Springfield drove off the road and into an embank- ment. He was driving a 1997 Chevy extended cab truck, and he was flown to University Hospital by Air Methods. - Pam Mattingly reported an incident of third-degree criminal mischief at 310 Village Loop in Lebanon. A door jam was dam- aged at the residence. The esti- mated amount of damage was $300. Dec. 24 - The Lebanon Police respond- ed to an incident of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third- degree assault (against police offi- cers) at McB’s, 212 W. Main Street. - The Lebanon Police respond- ed to a report of fourth-degree assault domestic violence at 337 E. M.L. King Avenue, Lot 22. The victim was Ofelia C. Ross. Dec. 25 - The Lebanon Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident at 5:02 p.m. near the intersection of E. Main Street and Woodlawn Avenue. Danny W. Glasscock, 65, of 1810 Danville Highway was driving a 1997 Chevy pickup. Joroyd Evans, 77, of 230 Rosewood Street was driving a 1998 Volvo, and Lucy Evans was a passenger in the Volvo. Lucy Evans was transported to Spring View Hospital for treat- ment after reporting arm and shoulder pain. - The Lebanon Police respond- ed to a report of alcohol intoxica- tion, theft by unlawful taking under $500/shoplifting, disorderly conduct and menacing at Five Star Food Mart at 798 W. Main Street in Lebanon. A 22-ounce beer was reported stolen. Dec. 28 - Central Kentucky Plumbing and Electrical Supplies reported an incident of third-degree bur- glary at 305 Old Springfield Road. Three commodes and one bath- tub were damaged. The estimated amount of damage was $405.11. Dec. 29 - The Lebanon Police received a report of a car that had run off the road at 6:30 a.m. near Fergie’s at McElroy Pike. No injuries were reported. - Wal-mart reported two inci- dents of theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting) at 2136 Campbellsville Highway. In one incident, merchandise valued at $45.58 was recovered. In the other incident, merchandise valued at $213.12 was recovered. Dec. 30 - Mary L. Leake of Twin Eagles Lane in Lebanon reported an incident of theft by unlawful tak- ing under $500 occurred at 255 W. Main Street in Lebanon. A purse and wallet with an estimated value of $120 was taken from the victim’s vehicle. Dec. 31 - The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information related to a horse trailer that has been abandoned on a property in Marion County. The sheriff’s office is investigating the possibility that this might be a stolen trailer. Lee, 23, both of Lebanon were indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school in Marion Circuit Court recently. According to the indict- ment, on or about Oct. 16, 2011, Pruitt, of 1820 Hwy 289, was trafficking in mari- juana within 1,000 feet of a school. He was also indicted for possession of marijuana, buying/possessing drug para- phernalia, DUI first offense with aggravating circum- stances, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and no or expired Kentucky registration receipt. His bond was set at $15,000 with the conditions that he does not use drugs or alcohol. Lee, of 550 Sportsman Lake in Lebanon, was indict- ed for trafficking in a con- trolled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, and alcohol intoxica- tion in a public place first or second offense. According to the indict- ment, on or about Oct. 16, 2011, Lee was trafficking in marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. His bond was set at $15,000 with the conditions that he does not use drugs or alcohol. In other indictments: - Timothy Ramone Buckler, 47, of 352 S. Woodlawn Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree traf- ficking in a controlled sub- stance and first-degree persis- tent felony offender. According to the indictment, between Jan. 25 and April 12, 2010, Buckler was traffick- ing in four grams or more of cocaine within a 90-day threshold or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday. His bond was set at $3,000. - Anthony Tyrone Graves, 42, of 65 Sunrise Drive in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree wanton endan- germent, first-degree fleeing/ evading, first-degree criminal mischief, leaving scene of accident, failure to register/ transfer of motor vehicle, pos- session of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure of an owner to maintain required insurance/ security, operating a motor vehicle or suspended/revoked operator’s license, possession of a controlled substance, fail- ure to produce insurance card, failure to or improper signal, reckless driving, speeding, failure to wear a seat belt, dis- regarding a stop sign, improp- er passing, and second-degree persistent felony offender. According to the indict- ment, on or about Nov. 19, 2011, Graves manifested extreme indifference to the value of human life by wan- tonly engaging in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person. The indictment continues to read that he operated a motor vehicle with intent to elude or flee, knowingly or wantonly disobeyed a direction to stop his motor vehicle given by a person recognized to be a police officer and by fleeing or eluding, caused or created a substantial risk or serious physical injury or death to any person or property. The indict- ment also reads that he inten- tionally or wantonly, defaced, destroyed or damaged prop- erty causing a loss of $1,000. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least one felo- ny after his 18th birthday. His bond was set at $5,000 with the conditions that he does not use drugs or alcohol and does not drive. - George Kurtis Edelen, 25, of 3410 Gap Knob Road in New Hope was indicted for second-degree assault. According to the indict- ment, on or about Oct. 28, 2011, Edelen caused serious physical injury to another per- son or caused physical injury be means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another person in said act. According to the indict- ment, between Sept. 6 and Nov. 8, 2011, Goff uttered or possessed six checks on the account of Laura Goff with knowledge that they were forged and with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. Dec. 31

- The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information related to a horse trailer that has been abandoned on a property in Marion County. The sheriff’s office is investigating the possibility that this might be a stolen trailer. Anyone with information that might identify the owner is asked to contract the sheriff’s office at (270) 692-3051.

Michael D. Pruitt, 22, and Matthew E. Lee, 23, both of Lebanon were indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school in Marion Circuit Court recently.

According to the indict-ment, on or about Oct. 16, 2011, Pruitt, of 1820 Hwy 289, was trafficking in mari-juana within 1,000 feet of a school. He was also indicted for possession of marijuana, buying/possessing drug para-phernalia, DUI first offense with aggravating circum-stances, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and no or expired Kentucky registration receipt.

His bond was set at $15,000 with the conditions that he does not use drugs or alcohol.

Lee, of 550 Sportsman Lake in Lebanon, was indict-ed for trafficking in a con-trolled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, and alcohol intoxica-tion in a public place first or second offense.

According to the indict-ment, on or about Oct. 16, 2011, Lee was trafficking in marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.

His bond was set at $15,000 with the conditions that he does not use drugs or alcohol.

In other indictments:- Timothy Ramone Buckler,

47, of 352 S. Woodlawn Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree traf-ficking in a controlled sub-stance and first-degree persis-tent felony offender.

According to the indictment, between Jan. 25 and April 12, 2010, Buckler was traffick-ing in four grams or more of cocaine within a 90-day threshold or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday.

His bond was set at $3,000.- Anthony Tyrone Graves,

42, of 65 Sunrise Drive in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree wanton endan-germent, first-degree fleeing/evading, first-degree criminal mischief, leaving scene of accident, failure to register/transfer of motor vehicle, pos-session of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure of an owner to maintain required insurance/security, operating a motor vehicle or suspended/revoked

operator’s license, possession of a controlled substance, fail-ure to produce insurance card, failure to or improper signal, reckless driving, speeding, failure to wear a seat belt, dis-regarding a stop sign, improp-er passing, and second-degree persistent felony offender.

According to the indict-ment, on or about Nov. 19, 2011, Graves manifested extreme indifference to the value of human life by wan-tonly engaging in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person.

The indictment continues to read that he operated a motor vehicle with intent to elude or flee, knowingly or wantonly disobeyed a direction to stop his motor vehicle given by a person recognized to be a police officer and by fleeing or eluding, caused or created a substantial risk or serious physical injury or death to any person or property. The indict-ment also reads that he inten-tionally or wantonly, defaced, destroyed or damaged prop-erty causing a loss of $1,000.

The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least one felo-ny after his 18th birthday.

His bond was set at $5,000 with the conditions that he does not use drugs or alcohol and does not drive.

- George Kurtis Edelen, 25, of 3410 Gap Knob Road in New Hope was indicted for second-degree assault.

According to the indict-ment, on or about Oct. 28, 2011, Edelen caused serious physical injury to another per-son or caused physical injury be means of a deadly weapon

or dangerous instrument, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another person in said act.

His bond was set at $5,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the complain-ing witness.

- Joseph George Edelen, 54, of 2080 Burk Springs Road in Lebanon was indicted for second-degree assault.

According to the indict-ment, on or about Oct. 28, 2011, Edelen caused serious physical injury to another per-son or caused physical injury be means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another person in said act.

His bond was set at $5,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the complain-ing witness.

- Joseph D. Goff Jr., 36, of 1355 Bradfordsville Road in Lebanon was indicted for second-degree possession of a forged instrument (six counts).

According to the indict-ment, between Sept. 6 and Nov. 8, 2011, Goff uttered or possessed six checks on the account of Laura Goff with knowledge that they were forged and with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.

His bond was set at $250 with the condition that he has no contact with the victim.
