Realistische Einschätzung der Nutzung von Social Software

• Social Software wird in der Regel als Angebot an die potentiellen Anwender bereitgestellt.

– Es besteht keine Verpflichtung zur Nutzung.

– Diese wäre auch nicht durchsetzbar.

• Im Gegenteil zum Web 2.0 ist eine rein konsumierende Nutzung bei Enterprise 2.0 bereits wünschenswert. Aus Unternehmenssicht werden hier bereits positive Effekte erzielt.

• Bei der Einführung von Social Software sollte man sich eine Akzeptanz in der folgenden Größenordnung zum Ziel setzen:
