A Career & Transition School Coordination team- this might entail a realignment of existing school teams; Schools need to ask themselves:

reflected in the schools management plan?◦ Is the team representative of all school areas?◦ What part of the student body is targeted by this team?◦ How does the team evaluate its success and are team

findings utilised in developing management plans?
