• Attila İlhan and his peers were the first sons of the Turkish Republic. They changed Turkey.

• Only poets lived at that time, they expressed themselves with their poems... How else could they express themselves?

• They all mentioned the same thing in their poems; “Freedom”.

• Some of the authorities didn’t want people to hear this. So to obtain freedom was challenging.But they never gave up, and they never will...
