1. Undavalli Caves

3. Kanaka Durga Temple

Kanaka Durga Temple is situated on the Indrakiladri hill, on the banks of Krishna River and is a well

known Hindu sanctuary, which is devoted to Goddess Kanaka Durga. As per the legends, Arjuna 

acquired the Pasupata astra at this very site and after obtaining the astra, built this temple for 

Goddess Durga. Navaratri, Saraswati Puja and Theppotsavam are the fundamental festivals held at 

this temple every year.

4. Gandhi Stupa

The Gandhi Stupa of Vijayawada is situated on the namesake hills and is the premiere Gandhi 

Memorial in India to be built with seven Stupas. The Memorial is situated at a height of 500 feet on 

the Hill and a 52 feet tall structure. The Gandhi Memorial Library, a light and sound show, which 

showcases Gandhiji's entire life history, and a planetarium have likewise been built to expand the 

engaging quality of this spot.

5. Kondapalli Fort

In the fourteenth century, Prolaya Vema Reddy of Kondavidu built this fortress as a recreational and

business centre.

This architectural marvel has three progressive section doors, out of which the primary door is 

known as the Dargah Darwaja, made out of a solitary piece of stone, and is 3.7 m wide and 4.6 m 

high. Another passage door of the fort is the Golconda Darwaza, which serves as a gateway to the 

Jaggaiahpet Village. The significant fascination of this fort is the Tanisha Mahal, which is situated 

on a peak between two hills.
