- Therapist : Hello Odysseus-> Why are you here today? Odysseus : Well
- Trojan War
- IT , I returned from the grueling Trojan War where I lost many of my fellow comrades and friends->
- I frequently have nightmares about all the violence that took place during the war-> It still haunts me daily->
- Calypso
- After the war was over, I thought I would be able to return home, but I was wrong->
- The nymph Calypso captured me and wanted to marry, but all I thought about was my wife and family->
- I lamented by the ocean in sadness every day, longing to be in Ithaca->
- Ciconians
- Finally, Calypso helped me off the island where I soon came to the island of the Ciconians->
- We fought the Ciconians, losing more men->
- My stress level was at its peak->
- The Goggle Eye
- Later on, I was trapped in a cave by Poseidon's cyclops son, Polyphemus
- He was brutal and ate some of my crewmen

- In the act of trying to escape, I speared the eye of Polyphemus
- Poseidon must have been quite unhappy, and made the seas dangerously rough for me

- Results
- Now I experience
- Loss of interest in my old hobbies
- Haunting memories and dreams
- Anger and blackouts
- Being easily startled
