Team formation takes time, and usually follows some easily recognizable stages, as the team journeys from being a group of strangers to becoming united team with a common goal.

In movie, initially the Team members are unknown to each other. Hannibal hire them to accomplish a task. Earlier the team members did not like each other. But when the team have good cohesiveness in its norming stage, they worked very efficiently and able to achieve goal…..
Roles of A-Team Members
• COL HANNIBAL SMITH is very experienced & retired army officer. he is very responsible person and have very sharp mind. He worked as a team leader of A-TEAM.
• BARACUS is very angry and powerful man. He is also from army background.
•Face is very cool minded young man. At the face makes a wonderful plan to achieve their goal.
•CAPT. MURDOCK is very innovative type of personality. He was a fighter pilot so he has very good knowledge of airplanes and helicopters.

What makes a team as effective ?
•An effective team has certain characteristics that allow the team members to function more efficiently and productively.
In movie The A-team is very effective because they have following characteristics: • A very good and experienced team leader they have• Small size of 4 members• Moderate cohesiveness• very good Coordination between team members• Goal and task oriented• Cross functional team (different specialized members)
Team Roles - Leader
• Hannibal was a team leader in movie. He makes a team of 4 members for accomplishing a task.
•He always encourage members and maintain open communication.
• In a very tough situation he shows patience and always encourage team members to never give up.
•He always focused on the task.
