Our plan is to develop an App that will have the information of all the parking places in the Area. This App will have the following feature: 1. It will use the GPS of your cell phone to navigate the empty slot in the Parking. 2. There will be a E-commerce website linked to this app where customers can pay for Parking. 3. This app will be easy to use and cheap enough that everyone can afford it easily. 4. Our services will be free for the 10 days from the inauguration day for promotion. 5. We will get a lot of customers from the very first day because using this app people can save their time. 6. A light will indicate in the parking slots which were empty. Easy to find. 7. This App will be Free available but ads will be displayed. 8. There will be some VIP Parking slots. People with premium account can use them. This Business Model will get the maximum attraction of people because it’s innovative, cheap and time saving.

Every customer is important to our business model, but the truth is that some are more important than others, and a precious few are most important of all. Our ideal Customers are the Student of ASU. Because there are a lot of students in the University as compared to the Faculty. So, our primary focus in on the requirement of these customers. Students always want a cheap, reliable service and they also like to give their suggestions,. Our secondary focus is on the faculty of ASU. Almost whole Faculty will use this service because it’s economically good, time saving. Our customer has to use this service for a long time. So we will get the suggestions and will do our best to provide them services according to their needs.
