u.select and IAI

u.select (formerly known as CAS) an online advising tool that provides information on course

equivalencies and degree requirements at participating institutions

Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) an agreement among more than 100 participating institutions

for a guaranteed package of transferrable courses

u.select and IAI are both State initiatives intended to improve transfer throughout Illinois. However, they are very different and participation is not linked.
