Prevention is Better than Cure

The humid weather can cause fungal infections and skin allergies.Adding a few drops of neem oil to the bath is a natural way to cleanse the body.

Wash your hands regularly. This helps to keep diseases at bay.

Bathe twice a day since this humid weather causes you to sweat a lot.

Do not drink water straight from the tap! During the monsoon, tap water may get polluted by ground or waste water. Filter or boil water before drinking.

Avoid eating outside.

Stagnant water in the area becomes a breeding ground for Bacteria. Hence, avoid letting that happen.

If there is a baby in the house, use clean, filtered water to washthe vessels. Many homes now have geysers in the kitchen,so use hot water to wash utensils.
