DESIGNBL-series are two or three stage aircooled compressors for final pressureup to 40bar. Large axial type fansproduce the necessary air flow. Air isdrawn over the individual cylinders whichare arranged in V or W configuration.Effecitve cooling is achieved by carefullydesigned radiating fins on the cylinderheads in addition to the used of copperor aluminum alloy for the large spacecooler.

Changwon’s main product is the SEA CLEAN Series which is an Electrolysis Type Sewage Treatment Plant. This system has the treatment method of electrolyzing & oxidizing sewage(feces and urine & living sewages) generated from ships & ocean structures by means of sodium chloride contained in natural seawater. Here, the electrodes are insoluble electrodes made of titanium, coated with Iridium oxide (DSA electrode) which are efficient in generation of chlorine gas.

This is a sewage(feces and urine & living sewages) generated from the ships operating inwaters(ALASKA, HAWAII, CASPIAN SEA, etc.), which is special management area subject to theUnited States Grain Standards regarding sailing vessels in Alaska including cruise ships, etc. ratherthan IMO MEPC RCO(Marine Environment Protection Committee, Risk Control Option) 159(55).
PRINCIPLES
The system is made up of electrolysis sewage treatment system(Seaclean Series), main body ,for sterilizing and oxidizing the sewage flowed, and screen, pre-treatment process for filteringalien and stenosed substances of sewage flowed into the main body, and filter system, post-pro-cessing system, filter press system, and etc. for filtering out the inappropriately treated sewageat the finishing process such as floating substances, etc.

CLEAR VIEW SCREEN선회창은 선박의 조타실 앞쪽 유리에 설치하여 비와 파도 등의 기상 조건에서 선박의 운항에 지장을 주지 않기 위해 설치하는 제품으로 알루미늄 본체에 유리 회전판을 달아 비가 오면 원심력을 이용하여 물방울을 튕겨내는 제품이다.

Blowers: BR Series SAMJIN submersible blower BR series are high performance submersible blower
which uses 3-lobe helical rotors.
The two rotors, which are rotating to opposite directions each other within the
casing, maintain small gap and rotate. The accumulated air between the two rotors
move along the internal wall of the casing and is discharged to the discharge outlet.
For conventional blowers that are installed on the ground, they create noise and
vibration so that huge amount of money are spent for sound-proof and vibration-
proof.
Also, they require bolwer room to protect blower and motor from rain and long

There are two types of measuring temperature for industrial use. The Characteristics of Thermocouple
There are different kinds of thermocouples but the most importance thing in selection is to consider place of usage and purpose. Must pay attention to method of attaching (location), selection, structure of guard pipe considering anti-shock, corrosion resistance, heat resistance for the selection of thermocouple in order to measure the degree correctly.

B(Platinum, Rhodium 30% -Platinum-Rhodium 6%)
B thermocouple is a thermocouple which used platinum Rh which includes Rh 30% in the side of + and Rh alloy including Rh 6% in the side of -. As the content of Rh increases, platinum, melting point and mechanical strength increases. This thermocouple is also for the prevention of deterioration which can be occurred by the diffusion of thermal electromotive from the + side's Rh while using platinum. This thermocouple can be used continuously in neutral atmosphere. It also has a longer lifespan than normal R thermocouple in reducing atmosphere.
This thermocouple normally used in higher temperature compared with R.S thermocouple. However, as it has very small thermal electromotive in low temperature, the degree is low. Strongly recommend this thermocouple in case when doing precision measuring in high temperature and if long durability is necessary.
R(Platinum, Rhodium 13% -Platinum- Rhodium 6%)
This thermocouple used Pt, Rh(13%) alloy in R thermocouple + side and pure pt in - side. This uses only high purity platinum (99.999-99.9999%) of jewelry. Therefore, it has a fixity which can satisfy 0.25% error of KS. Must avoid using this thermocouple directly in vacuum atmosphere, reducing atmosphere, metal vapor and atmosphere.
Must considerate following details in using.
- For guard and heat pipe, must use high purity aluminium or related material which has low content of iron.
- Require attention for thermocouple itself and it is important to remove the contamination which was occurred by alcohol, benzene in order to not be polluted by sweat or oil from the hands.
S(Platinum, Rhodium 10%)
S thermocouple uses Pt, Rh(10%) alloy in + side and pure pt in - side. This was developed by Le Chatelier in 1886 and in IPTS it is used as a standard temperature from the antimonial melting point (630.74C) to gold melting point (1064.43C). This became the part of KS by the revision of KS in 1981. When handling this, must pay attention as R thermocouple.

1) Filled Thermal System(A) Mercury filled type pressure thermometer
It uses the change which was occurred by the temperature of mercury pressure. The temperature appears when there is a pressure change in mercury filled type pressure thermometer produced by the temperature change in the part of detecting the temperature.
(B) Liquid filled type pressure thermometer
It uses the change which was occurred by the temperature of liquid pressure. The temperature appears when there is a pressure change in liquid filled type pressure thermometer because the temperature change of the part of detecting the temperature occurred. Use alcohol, xylene. kerosin, etc. for filling liquid.
(C) Steam pressure type thermometer
It is a thermometer which is filled with volatile liquid in some part of detecting temperature. The temperature is indicated by the change of saturated vapor pressure of liquid in the part of detecting temperature in response to the temperature change.
(D) Gas pressure type thermometer
The temperature appears when there is a pressure change in filled gas according to the change of temperature in the part of detecting temperature. It uses inert gas such as nitrogen, helium, etc. for filling gas.
2) Bimetal thermometerIt indicates the temperature by rotating the indicator using the characteristic that a free end of bimetal (usually a shape of band) which an edge is fixed, moves according to the change of the temperature.
