DistributionGroundswell is delivered from a direct mail house to CYCSA members’ homes and businesses with a total print run of approximately 1,200 copies. Copies are made available to new members as they join throughout the year, and are also available at CYCSA Reception.

• All advertising bookings must be confirmed in writing or via email.

• Finished artwork must be submitted according to specifications listed in the advertisers kit.

• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and must be received before the booking deadline.

• Cancellation of an advertisement after the booking deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the advertising fee for that advertisement.

• Advertisements are accepted subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer.

• CYCSA reserves the right to cancel or reject advertising deemed not to be in keeping with its objectives.

• Advertisements are accepted for publication on the condition that the advertiser indemnifies the publisher and its servants and contractors against all actions, suits, claims, loss and/or damage and expenses resulting from anything published by the advertiser.

• The CYCSA makes every reasonable effort to publish Groundswell according to the distribution schedule.

• CYCSA is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by an advertiser as a result of any failure or delay in the distribution of Groundswell.

• Where an advertisement is not published through no fault of the advertiser, the advertising fee that has been paid will be refunded.

• Positions will be determined by the Editor.

Information• All advertisements are printed in full colour. Advertisements can

be supplied as final art work ready for publishing. The graphic designer uses Indesign to produce the magazine. Finished artwork files can be emailed directly to the graphic designer if the size of files permits or supplied on CD.

• Advertisements are best supplied as press quality high resolution pdf files, with cut marks and bleed marks where applicable.

• The CYCSA accepts no responsibility for lesser print quality artwork supplied by advertisers and reserves the right to reject poorly presented material.

• Positioning of all advertisements, apart from the covers, are made by the editors to suit the overall layout of each edition.

• Should an advertiser require artwork to be designed for inclusion in Groundswell, this service can be provided by the graphic designer at commercial rates. Artwork prepared by the graphic designer is to be used for Groundswell only unless further use is negoitated at the time of preparation.
