RECOMMANDATIONSOne important recommendation is to make their (HUL) prices of vending machine and premixes more competitive in the market as its market are being taken away by companies like NESTLE,TATA,GODREJ.They can come up with a one lane small machineAfter sale service to the customers should be improvedThey can come up with some new ideas like, opening a tea stall in shopping malls or at the time of puja, or any other occasion, or provide machines at a discounting rate at the time of winter.
