A possible organizational time-line for the Spanish Research Project for fall, 2016*: *see Project Explanation Sheet for project details October Research: Biography of artist Identify the 3 art works to be researched* Identify the American artist and the 1 art work to be compared.* take initial notes, reacting and describing of at least one of the 4 paintings Find image of map of country of artist, modify with arrow or X to show places to be mentioned, save (collect all citation information) Products: Create the first basic template of the Power Point or Prezi, decide on theme/background of all slides, save on laptop, computer or flash drive Load maps into PP/Prezi for storage, organize later Save citation information onto last slide which will later become the citation page of PP/Prezi Plan for 2-D Original Art Piece Novembe r Research: Class discussion of use of imagery in presentations Class discussion of how to plan for the actual speaking, 3X5” card, bullets, practice, no memorization etc. Finish note-taking for all 4 paintings Find image of map that shows location of American artist, insert into PP/Prezi Image(s) of artist, all 4 paintings to be discussed, insert into PP/Prezi Collect citation info for all research (bio, maps, images etc.), run through MLA citation on-line, store on citation slide of PP/Prezi Do brief on-line search for information

of all titles/text for slides ready by 11-21/11-22 (pre break) for in-class proofreading

and starting posting all citations onto final slide of PP/Prezi called “Fuentes citadas”

o Post digital photo of 2-D art piece onto Personal Wiki Page
