A good definition of "positive attitude" will emphasize beingaffirmative and certain, without being overconfident or intolerant
The simple definition is the way you dedicate yourself to the way you think. Interestingly, it's also the definition of a negative
attitude.
The more complex definition is how you choose to dedicate yourself to the way you think, how you choose to dedicate yourself tobeing positive, and how you choose to dedicate yourself to reactingin a positive way. And your choice must be consistent.
The only way you can tell what type of attitude you have is howyou react when things go wrong.

or “We’ll find a solution,” in daily conversation. The words you use ona daily basis have a major impact on your attitude and moods.
Strive for Optimism. Having a positive attitude is something youshould strive for. It isn’t something you are or are not, it is somethingyou become.
What company do you keep? Do your friends have negativeattitudes? Does it rub off on you? Many times the company we keepcan affect our attitudes. If your group at work or home negativelyaffects your attitude, take the necessary steps to change the situation.If all else fails, change the people around.
Know when you need a Change. When you know you aren’t happy,admit it to yourself and take action to reverse it. This is a very difficult thing to do especially when you aren’t in the mood to admit things toyourself. It may be hard, but it is worth it. When you are negative,realize it and change it.

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, thanfailures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will makeor break a company... a church... a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding theattitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. Wecannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on theone string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that lifeis 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
