3. Appraiser and Reviewing Authority to go through the instructions/yardsticks for evaluation given at theend of this format before evaluating the performance.
4. The Reporting Authority/Appraiser has to record their views/remarks and award marks under Part IV.5. The Appraiser shall also record his/her views/remarks under Part V within one week and forward original APA
report to Reviewing Authority before 20th
April.
6. The Reviewing Authority, after reviewing the appraisal, has to record his/her remarks and marks under Part IVand Part VI and forward the report to HRM Section of the respective Circle Office before 30
thApril.
