KITCHEN CHICShe’s queen of her play kitchen and should be decked out in the classiest dress, jacket and hat in all the land. So whip her up a gorgeous ruffles-and-lace ensemble, and she’ll be more than happy to serve breakfast in bed. Leggings: Simplicity Pattern #1785. Dress: New Look Pattern #6255. Hat, jacket, purse: McCall’s Pattern #6542.

FLOWER CHILDShe’s sassy and she knows it. And we can’t forget downright adorable. Help her add stylish sweetheart to the list with a many-ruffled dress of made-for-each-other prints and a matching rosette-embellished headband. Dress: Simplicity Pattern #1624. Headband: Simplicity Pattern #1791 (modified to child size).

GRAY MATTERShe may be pulling weeds and digging in the dirt, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be oh-sew-cute while she’s at it. So make her a two-pattern pillowcase dress faster than you can say “ready, set, grow,” with a little help from Simplicity pattern #2383.

ROOM TO ROMPTwo must-have patterns—we’re fond of floral and quatrefoil—plus a hint of lace equals one adorable boutique-style romper (modified from Simplicity Pattern #1472). Add a rosette-bedecked headband, and you’ve got the ultimate formula for sunny-day style.

BABY IN BLOOMBless my bloomers, good things really do come in small packages! And they also come in Simplicity Pattern #1600. Cutie patootie baby blues and squeezably chubby cheeks not included.

GATHERTOGETHERWhether she’s heading to the toddler next door’s birthday bash or picking flowers in the backyard, your little princess wants to twirl the world. And there’s no denying she’ll do just that in this multi-pattern, darling of a dress (New Look Pattern #6275).

PATTERN PLAYIt’s no wonder she’s all smiles—she’s sporting the cutest romper you ever did see! Just pair some of our irresistible fabrics with modified Simplicity Pattern #1701, add a rosette—and some ruffles, of course—and let the grins begin!

Invite all your teddy bears, set out a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies, and lift those pinkies—because we’re hosting a made-from-scratch tea party that’s sure to delight. We used Simplicity Pattern #4341 for the teatime essentials you see here.

SWEET SPOTWe’re not serving crumpets with our tea—because we’ve got cupcakes! They’re made of deliciously adorable fabrics and modified Simplicity Pattern #2445. With a pinch of pompoms and a sprinkling of rosettes, your tea party treats will be the talk of the block!

FINE PRINTIt may be the place where she serves pretend tea and fabric sweets, but she still wants it to look like the real deal. And no kitchen is complete without a pretty tea towel and oven mitt set. Towel: fusible web-backed fabric ironed onto muslin. Oven mitt: Simplicity Pattern #4341.

We’ve even got something for your health-conscious friends who say no to cupcakes: fabric fruit! And we whipped it right up in a fabric-covered bowl with a pretty-in-pattern spatula and whisk. Bowl cover, oven mitts, utensil wraps: Simplicity Pattern #2295. Fruit: Simplicity Pattern #2445.
