A FACULTY OF DEDICATED EXPERTS The ANGELINI FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM faculty is international and has been exposed to international academic assignments. This global mix of different experiences and cultures results in dynamic and multinationally relevant teaching. Silvia Zamboni Silvia Zamboni is Lecturer in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. She is Contract Professor at Poli.design and Università Statale of Milan. She has conducted research and in-house training projects with enterprises operating across different industries, such as pharmaceutical, automotive and related services, machinery, medical devices, home appliances and banking. Her research activities focus on supply chain management and network collaboration for innovation, innovation and technology management, service purchase and development, project and multi-project management.

ANGELINI FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM is designed to combine solid managerial competencies and a practice-oriented approach. The aim is to provide participants with a managerial education and to explore their potential during job rotations, in order to boost their readiness to take on business leadership roles. Alessandro Arbore

Marketing and Sales Alessandro Arbore is Associate Professor in Management Practice of Marketing and Sales at SDA Bocconi School of Management. At SDA Bocconi he is Faculty Deputy of Marketing and Sales, and Director of the “Marketing Excellence” Open Program. In charge of the Marketing Category for the Open Market Division and Former Director of the Executive Master in Marketing and Sales. He has conducted marketing programs, workshops, research and professional projects with enterprises operating across many industries, both B2C and B2B, such as automotive, energy and pharmaceutical. His research activities focus on four main topics: marketing strategy, marketing of innovation, customer value management and marketing metrics.

Leonardo Caporarello

Leadership, Organization and Human Resources Leonardo Caporarello is Professor of Practice of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management, and Adjunct Professor of Organization, Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. He is the Delegate Rector for E-Learning at Bocconi University. Director of BUILT (Bocconi University Innovations in Learning and Teaching) of Bocconi University; Director of the SDA Bocconi Learning Lab (Educational Innovation Laboratory of the SDA Bocconi School of Management). He is the coordinator of the Negotiation programs, and faculty member of the Global Executive MBA, and of the SDA Bocconi Asia Center (Mumbai, India).

Enzo Baglieri

Operations and Technology Management Enzo Baglieri is a Professor of Practice of Operations and Technology Management at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is a Professor of Technology, Innovation and Operation Management at Università Bocconi. Since January 2021 he has been Associate Dean for Master Division at SDA Bocconi. At SDA Bocconi, he has served as Director of the Executive MBA program until December 2020. He has conducted numerous workshops and consulting projects in Europe, North America and Latin America with major t partners operating in the banking, automotive and telecommunications industries. His research activities investigate the strategic management of innovation and technology, service innovation and service industrialization. Currently, he is focusing on the study of the industrialization of services, and the design and engineering of the customer experience.

Francesco Daveri

Macroeconomics Francesco Daveri is Professor of Practice of Macroeconomics and he is the Director of the Full-Time MBA at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He taught in a number of Italian and European universities, including the Università Cattolica (Piacenza campus), Parma, Brescia, Munich and Lugano. He has acted as a consultant for Italy’s Ministry of the Economy, the World Bank,the European Commission and the European Parliament. He has been a member and the Chairman of the Bank of Italy Committee for the granting of the "Bonaldo Stringher Fellowships". His research activities focus on the relationship between economic reforms and the adoption of new technologies and productivity trends at firm, industry and aggregate level in Italy, Europe and the United States.

Marco Morelli

Accounting and Control Marco Morelli is an Associate Professor of Practice in Accounting and Control at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He also teaches classes at undergraduate and graduate level at Università Bocconi, Accounting Department. He has been working for SDA Bocconi since 2005. He is currently the Program Director of open programs on finance for non finance managers. He has been involved in many research and education projects with some of the major players in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, sport, publishing, fashion, food and beverage and arts industries.

Maurizio Poli Business Data Analytics Maurizio Poli is Senior Lecturer of Decision Sciences & Business Analytics at SDA Bocconi School of Business. Since January 2018, he is Decision Sciences & Business Analytics Faculty Deputy at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is Adjunct Professor of Statistics and Business Analytics at Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi, he was Director of Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) and he still is Faculty member of many Master and MBA Programs. He is Director of Post Graduate Program in Business (PGPB) and Executive Program in Business Analytics (EPBA) at SDA Bocconi Asia Center in Mumbai. He conducted numerous research, consulting and training projects and workshops in Europe with the major players in the retail, energy, pharmaceutical and banking industry.

Mikkel Draebye

Strategy and Entrepreneurship Mikkel Draebye is Associate Professor of Practice of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at SDA Bocconi School of Management. At SDA Bocconi, he is Coordinator for MBA Entrepreneurial Projects and Tutor in Bocconi University’s Start-Up Incubator SpeedMiUp. He is also Core Faculty at SDA Bocconi Asia Center in Mumbai. He conducts research, training and consulting projects for major players in the transportation, financial services, energy and food industries. Currently, he is doing research in the area of corporate entrepreneurship & innovation and he is actively present on blogs where he comments on other academic themes such as Start-Up entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance, strategic management, sports management, corporate social responsibility, non-market strategies and business ethics.

Francesco Gallmann

Operations & Supply Chain Management Francesco Gallmann is Senior Lecturer of Operations and Technology at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is Contract Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi, he has developed and directed several educational programs both for the custom and the open-enrollment division: "Supply Chain and After Sales Academies" for a multinational company in the automotive sector, "Operations, Purchasing and Supply Chain customized programs" both for specific companies and Executive MBAs of other international partner institutions and "LEAN Study Tours conducted in JAPAN" represent just some examples of initiatives. About research, he has conducted numerous applied research, tutorship and consulting projects for some multinational and medium-size companies, both in Italy and abroad, mainly in the automotive, food, fashion, design, biomedical, pharmaceutical, oil&gas, electro-mechanical, household appliance and banking industries.

Serena Morricone

Accounting and Control Serena Morricone is Lecturer at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Her collaboration with SDA Bocconi began in 2018. She was part of national and international research projects. Her research activities focus on financial accounting by addressing, in particular, the interplay between financial statement information and capital markets. The main themes of her research are: IPOs and intellectual property rights; accounting regulation and enforcement; corporate governance and debt market. Author of different articles in financial accounting. She has been visiting scholar at NYU and Post-doc Marie Curie Research Fellow at Lancaster University. Serena earned a Degree in Business Administration from Luiss Giudo Carli, a Ph.D. in Management from University of Bologna and an ITP (International Teachers Programme) at HEC Paris.

Guia Beatrice Pirotti

Competitive Strategy Guia Beatrice Pirotti is Associate Professor of Practice of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is Contract Professor in Business Strategy, at the Management and Technology Department at Bocconi University. She is SDA Bocconi Editor for the SDA Bocconi Case Collection, The Case Centre Collection and Ivey Collection. In SDA Bocconi, she has run many Italian and English courses. She conducted strategy workshops and strategy consulting projects with enterprises operating in the food & beverage, banking, energy, pharmaceutical and automotive industry. Her research activities focus on servitization, organizational resilience, responsible leadership, strategic planning and business models' innovation in mature industries. Currently, she is developing a research project on servitization with a particular focus in food and beverage industry.

Gianluca Salviotti

Information Systems Gianluca Salviotti is Associate Professor of Practice of Information Systems at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Since January 2018, he is Information Systems Faculty Deputy at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is Contract Professor of Computer Skills for Informatics at Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi, he is coordinator of the research Lab “Digital Enterprise Value and Organization” (DEVO Lab), Professor of Management Information Systems and Digital Transformation EMBAS, EMBAWE and MISA, Coordinator for the Executive Education programs “IT Goverance”, “IT Risk Management”, “Business Application Management”. He has conducted research and training projects for the largest ICT companies and for the most important groups in Italy.

Massimo Magni

Leadership, Organization and Human Resources Massimo Magni is Associate Professor of the Department of Management at Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi, he was Director of Organization and Human Resources Management Department and representative for custom programs from 2007 to 2012. He has conducted several organizational behavior and leadership workshops as well as research and training projects in Europe, the Middle East and North America, working with important brands in the banking and food&beverage industries. His research activities focus on leadership, team design and management and project collaboration.

Vittoria Veronesi

Operations and Technology Managementl Vittoria Veronesi is Lecturer of Operations and Technology at SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is Adjunct Professor of Technology, Innovation and Operations Management and Business Strategy in Creative Industries at Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi, she is Director of the Master of Management in Food and Beverage, Director of the Eni Program for Management Development, Director of the ABB Passport Program and of the Executive Program in Supply Chain Management. She is Official Faculty Member at MAFED (Master in Fashion Experience and Design), at MFB (Master of Management in Food & Beverage) and at MBA (Luxury Business Management track). She conducted numerous research and training projects with companies belonging to the fashion, luxury and food & beverage sector.

Marco Aurelio Sisti

Marketing and Sales Marco Aurelio Sisti is Associate Professor of Practice of Marketing and Sales at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University. At SDA Bocconi, he is Director of the EMMS/International Executive Master in Marketing & Sales in partnership with Esade Business School and he is Head of the Marketing Community, of the Marketing Department. He teaches and directs many executive programs on marketing & sales issues (open programs, customer programs, master MBA and specilistic). He founded the CEL (Commercial Excellence Lab), the SDA Bocconi laboratory for research and innovation created in partnership with leading international companies. He was also responsible for customised training courses for the Marketing Area and coordinator of the International Channel & Retail Academy.

Joseph Edward Rozzo

Department of Social and Political Sciences

Received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Contemporary Photography at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1970. He moved to Italy in the early 70’s where he established himself for over 30 years as a corporate photographer. He combined his professional career with an intense educational involvement, conducting projects and workshops at the Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan, at the Accademia di Belle Arti of Bergamo, at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan and at the Arthur Watson IBM Centre for management in Bruxelles. He is visiting professor at the Ecole Superieur d’Arts Appliqués in Vevey, Switzerland where he teaches Retail Semiotics and Brand Identity. He dedicates much of his time to film projects, story-telling and cross-platform media with his production company Rozzo Plus. He lives and works in Milan, Italy. Contract Professor at Milano Fashion Institute.
