Here we are in the early 21stCentury, sitting at the precipice ofa new energy paradigm, knowing

that with a little creativity we can nudgea Solar Hydrogen future forward intopracticality. With the now evidentparticipation of major automobilemanufacturers entering the arena, andother forces in fuel cell developmentinching forward, it's time to begindemonstrating how these advances inthe science can move out of thelaboratory and into our everyday lives.

We are proposing building a place wherethe public can enjoy a days outing at atheme park that is sustainably poweredby new energy sources. A place wherepeople can see with their own eyes howthe future will unfold. A place wherechildren can immerse themselves in thejoy fun, while learning the about theworld they will be living andparticipating in the creation of.

There are a myriad efforts alreadyunderway to create a sustainable future,but there success has generally dependedon individual efforts, with only fewbreakout efforts gaining major backingand taking visible steps forward. Wepropose a more collaborative approach,one that will concentrate individualefforts into showing the practical aspectsof the use of sustainable energy to forgea new future, in a more marketable way.

To this end we are inviting investors andproponents to take a look at how theymight participate in a focused effort tochange the future. At the same time weinvite scientists, academics, engineers,and inventors to bring their workingconcepts to our attention, so that we canevaluate how their ideas can be used toenergize the park and demonstrate tothe public the effectiveness of their workand possibly find funding sources tofurther their research and development.

In the center of the park therewill be the hydrogen generatingstation/tower that will power most allof the features in the park.

By being the center of innovation, ourpartners, researchers and inventors willbe able to get immediate input andfeed back from the public on whatfeatures their particular developmenthas popular support. They will be ableto sell products to the public beforeintroducing them to the wider market.They will also benefit from our strongmarketing efforts in promoting theconcept of a theme park/learningcenter/marketplace.

The theme will be, on oneside, a look back to theearly west with somethingof a steampunk feel,marrying victorian designwith modern adaptationsdemonstrating the earlyhope for electricity beforeoil became the primary

driver at the turn of thecentury economy. On otherside, will be a modernfuture looking view of howlife will be under the newparadigm of a SolarHydrogen civilization.

Attractions will includewater features, both asvisual attractions and ridesand slides as you wouldnormally see at a modernday water park. Awaterwheel attraction willdemonstrate hydro powerat the same time a place

where water fun canhappen. A hydro-electricdam will hold back aspecial feature swim poolthat will include aquariumfeatures. A transitionalattraction will include amotor vehicle ride thatcombines designs from theearly days of electric autosand future looking vehicleslike the new BMW andToyota as well as the Teslaelectric car.

We will also have ahydrogen generatingfueling station for theoncoming need of thosefilling their 2015 BMW andToyota hydrogen vehicles.Also in the park will beelectric charging stationsfor electric vehicles torecharge.

In the case of partners whowish to demonstrate theirproducts onsite a fee willbe negotiated for space toamply show the product inaction. If sales are madeonsite we will take apercentage of sales.

Others who just want tooffer their alternate energyproducts in anenvironment friendly tonew energy and in amarket place dedicated tonew ideas.

It is too soon in ourdevelopment of the projectto predict any sale goals, butwe expect with the synergyof this like minded partner/product mix we can envisiongreat success from theconcept.

We have not identified a location if asyet, however Phoenix Arizona as the6th largest city in the U.S. is ourstarting point. We will be workingwith city officials enthusiastic aboutthe venture to find a location whenour goal for sufficient support isreached.

An ultimate goal of theinstitute would be to builda new city dedicated torenewable energy sourceswhere likeminded peoplecan bring the fullexpression of the “City onthe Hill” to fruition in aplace where sustainabilityguides every municipaldecision.
