Pale straw, this bright Sauvignon Blanc exhibits aromas of

white blossoms leading to round and juicy notes of citrus

and guava, juxtaposed with flint and clean minerality.

W I N E M A K I N G Whole cluster pressed and settled

overnight. Chilled to 55 degrees and

then fermented and aged in stainless

steel. Malo-lactic fermentation was

inhibited in order to keep the freshness

of the wine intact.

2013 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromatics of smoke, ripe plums, caraway, pine needles,

and graphite. A balanced and velvety wine with bright,

mouthwatering notes of stewed blackberries and kirsch

cherries. Finish bears earthy notes of mocha, cinnamon and

sandalwood.

oak, plum, charred serrano, and violet. Rich, ripe, dark fruits

are woven with cedar, drawing to a finish highlighted by

spiced cherry, cocoa, and earth.
