WASH FIRST BEFORE USINGIt is important to wash cookware thoroughly before initial use. Thoroughly cleaning your cookware will remove any traces of manufacturing oils or polishing compounds. If the cookware is not pre-washed, it may discolor when heated. Using a dishcloth or sponge, wash each utensil in hot, soapy water to which 1 cup of vinegar has been added per gallon of water. After washing, rinse thoroughly with hot water and towel dry for a mirror like finish.

Keep your cookware looking its best!Golden brown or blue heat tints may result from over-heating. White spots may occur from minerals present in food or water. These temporary blemishes can be removed easily by following the procedure below.

Rinse utensil with warm water. Create a paste-like mixture using a small amount of water and a non-abrasive stainless steel cleanser such as Surface Master™ by Saladmaster. DO NOT use a cleanser containing chlorine bleach. Apply paste with a sponge or cloth and rub lightly in a circular motion. Wash, rinse and dry.

Note: Dishwasher cleaning will not completely remove heat or food films left on utensils. Remove films by following the directions above before dishwasher cleaning.

Burned, warped or pitted cookware is a result of improper use and not covered by the Saladmaster warranty. Component parts, such as heat control, cord, knob, or handles, and other items found in this catalog are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Replacement Parts Service:Should a handle or knob become broken accidentally, it can be replaced for a minimum charge by writing to Saladmaster. Please identify the type of replacement (long handle, short handle or cover knob). Hazard Warranty:Saladmaster agrees to repair or replace your entire set of Saladmaster Cookware, or any part thereof, at one-half the then current retail price at such time it is accidentally lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged by fire, storm or earthquake. Proof of loss must be submitted to Saladmaster within 60 days of its occurrence.
