BACKGROUND

Kshatriya Community remained most respected and revered among all other communities. One always felt highly blessed & proud to belong to the Community of Valour. Our enviable rich history and heritage kept us always on a high pedestal. We always ensured to render seless help & did good to members of the other communities without expecting anything in return. They always remained indebted and grateful to us.

What bothered us was that, our community some how could not maintain all that respect & glammer of the past. This situation is further deteriorating day by day. Self retrospection points towards lack of Academic Excellence & General awareness, Limited Economical Sources of Income, Introvertness, Political Aloofness, Sticking to Old Irrelevant & Redundant Customs/Traditions and the most important is rearing False Ego and ill Placed Attitude.

This was long playing in our mind. We did not know how to tackle such a herculian complicated task. Urgency was felt but how to start or make a beginning was the question.

INCEPTION

The News of Km. Pallavi Khangarot who topped in Rajasthan Administrative Services became source of inspiration. A few eminent personalities of the Kshatriya Samaj of Ajmer gathered at the residence of Shri Bhawani Singh Mundru. To start with they pondered over as to what should be done to attract & encourage young talent of our Samaj to emulate Km. Pallavi as a step towards our Grand Vision.

A formal meeting was convened on 15 Aug 1999 where twenty one of us participated. Everyone unanimously consented to the need of the hour and pledged full support. Resultantly formation of SHRI KSHATRIYA PRATIBHA VIKAS EVAM SHODH SANSTHAN, was conceived and had come into existence.To formulize the creation of new Sansthan, each member contributed Rs. 5100/- & became the Founder Members.

Later, Under the able guidance of Dr. Lokesh Shekhawat the rules and regulations were constituted and Vidhan Niyamawali (The Bye Laws) of the Sansthan were nalized. Approval of all the Founder Members was taken. There after SHRI KSHATRIYA PRATIBHA VIKAS EVAM SHODH SANSTHAN was registered with Registration No. : 70/Ajmer/1999-2000

JOURNEY FORWARD

With passage of time the Sansthan gained all round popularity in the Kshatriya Community & not only in Ajmer but whole Rajasthan. Consequently the membership increased tremendously and still increasing. Late Rao Hameer Singh Ji Meja, Ex. Chairman Railway Recruitment Board, had very kindly consented to accord patronage as Chief Patron of the Sansthan. He gave his dedicated services all along till he left for heavenly abode in 2014.

The Sansthan is on its never ending journey towards its Grand Vision of all round upliftment of the Kshatriya Community as a whole.

way of "Academic Excellence''. Work towards 'Economic upliftment' through innovating ways & methods, thereby strengthening the honour and esteem of our Kshatriya Samaj.

● Strive for the unity & strength of Kshatriya Samaj as also uphold the respect of our Past History, our Heritage & Cultural Values.

● Put in dedicated efforts on hunting of young talents. Facilitate their growth by providing the needed infrastructure including hostel, other modern educational facilities, as also provide expert career counselling, guidance/coaching, in order to excel and succeed in their endeavours.

● Encourage and motivate the young talents and entrepreneurs by giving them apt recognition, honouring and rewarding them appropriately.

● Create enterprising spirit and help them in growing economically sound so that they lead a respectable life.

● Provide & create environment through Functions, Celebrations that strengthen the unity of the Kshatriya Samaj. The youngsters should feel proud to be a Kshatriya & that they endeavour to maintain the dignity & honour by creating a Unique Identity of their own.

● Enhance overall awareness by Seminars, Presentations / Discussions on relevant subjects /current opportunities & challenges.

● Empower women folk to be equally effective in our efforts of uprising.

Under the matured guidance of our respected Ex Chief Patron Late Rao Hameer Singh Ji Meja the seless noble activities taken up by the Sansthan attracted attention of the Kshatriya Community of not only Ajmer but the whole Rajasthan and thus attained a distinct and enviable identity of its own. - Today it’s a Sansthan to recokon with.

It was a great honour for the Sansthan that its relentless hard work and devoted efforts towards upliftment of the community were recognized and lauded by All India Kshatriya Federation, Andhra Pradesh (A top and renound Organization at National level).The Chief Guest Shri Digvijay Singh, Ex Chief Minister Madhyapradesh Known as Maharaja of Diggi, recommended our permanent afliation to the Federation which was agreed to there & then in their Annual General Meeting unanimously.

We have intimate and healthy relations with Shri Rajput Sabha Jaipur as wel as all the Sansthans and Organizations of Kshatriya Samaj located in The Ajmer district.

Our Sansthan took proactive initaitive in developing and augmenting the infrastructure of Jaymal Kot (community centre) next to Brahma Mandir, Pushkar which has become a boon to the Rajput Community. Now a revered place

Deepawali Sneh Samelan.

- It is appreciated that the ladies have readily agreed to be members for various executive samities

the provision under Vidhan- Niyamawali .

Substan�al voluntary dona�ons by Bhamashas are duly published in the Brochure.

MANAGEMENT & UTILIZATION OF FUNDS

Amount received through Sangrakshak Sadasyata, Voluntary dona�on by Bhamashas are put in Fixed

Deposits (FD’s) with bankers.

The interest earned from the above is made available for u�liza�on by the Sansthan.

FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, COACHING/CAREER COUNSELLING

Interest earned through FD's had been used for disbursement of Scholarships to the needy talents

selected by board of members. It was pondered over and decided that the interest will also be u�lized

to subsidize the expenses towards Coaching Classes/ Career Counseling, hostel facili�es etc. Despite

best of efforts, no one could qualify to claim expenses for coaching.

FUNDS FOR PRESENTATION OF SILVER MEDALS TO THE SELECTED TALENTS.

� Only the selected talents recommended by the management of the Sansthan are presented with the

Silver medal.

In the year 2000 the Sansthan bore the cost of medals disbursed to the selected talents.

� For the years 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004 our honorable members Shri Bhanwar singh (Palada), Shri

Laxman Singh (Mored), Shri Mahendra Singh( Lalana) and Shri Bhanwar Singh Rathore (Mored)

respec�vely provided the silver medals.

Since 2005 onwards �ll date, Shri Dalpat Singh Rathore (Runija-Nagaur) has been providing the silver

medals every year.

As an Honour, Shri Dalpat Singh Rathore (Runija-Nagaur) has been unanimously accepted as a

“Manad Sadasya” by the Sansthan to recognize his selfless services to the Kshatriya Samaj.

Late Rao Hameer Singh Ji of Meja Thikana, a High Court lawyer, Sarpanch of Meja for 25 years

and Ex. Chairman of Railway Recruitment Board, Ajmer �ll 1993 was a die hard social worker at heart. It

was an honour for us when he accepted to be the Chief Patron of our Sansthan "SHRI KASHTRIYA

PRATIBA VIKAS EVAM SHODH SANSTHAN, AJMER." By his �mely, apt and matured guidance, the

Sansthan progressed in the right direc�on and thus could a�ain a posi�on of a Leading Kshatriya Samaj

Social Organiza�on.

He was insturmental in streamlining the management of "PVC Major Shaitan Singh Rajput

Hostel" Kundan Nagar, Ajmer. His whole hearted contribu�on towards construc�on of the hostel is

laudable. By his such benevolent ac�ons the whole Kshatriya Community has benefited. This has earned

a good reputa�on not only in Rajasthan but in the Kshatriya fraternity at the na�onal level since it

catered the important need of the Kshatriya Youths.

Unfortunately he le� us for heavenly abode on 6th November 2014. May his soul rest in peace. Indeed

the Kshatriya Community has lost a Bhamashah and a sincere dedicated person of our Samaj in him. He

will always remain in our hearts.
