Pile Production in Khor Al Zubair Factory Basrah-Iraq

Our factory produces precast piles with different dimensions where we produce a piles dimensions (30 x 30 cm) as well as the dimensions of the (35 x 35 cm) and (40 x 40 cm) and a length of 12 m and length of 6 meters or by dealer request. Where we have the templates for all dimensions and in sufficient numbers to cover major projects. As we have large warehouses for the storage of materials and fittings and storage pedestals producer.

Pile Production

We are using materials that successful in laboratory tests of sand and gravel, iron, water and cement in pile molding processes and we also checks for Concrete compression (cubic tests) of used Concrete in the casting.

Al Yamama in Khore Al Zubair lay down area got approved Batching plant with approved resources, and got as well a approval for the mix design so Al Yamama has started to Pour Precast concrete for Piles 12 m and 6 meters this is after getting approval.

Our precast yard

have already started to cast pre cast piles for test piles 12 m each and we will have 6m pre cast piles just in case we reach different type of soil condition.

We Value the Safety for All Our Staff

HSE Here in Alyamama Engineering Company, we pride ourselves on being an Employer of Choice, and as such we hold safety of all staff as our highest priority On their first day every new employee undergoes induction which is conducted by our Safety Manager. The induction contains information about the Alyamama Safety Policy and the employees’ responsibility in this regard. These employees then receive site specific safety induction. All employees require a safety Blue Card to be employed in Alyamama. Employees are also given the safety policy to read and are required to sign an acknowledgement form accepting the terms of the policy and confirming that they have been made aware of the policy. The OS&H system is reviewed every 12 months allowing for improvements to be made to documents, systems and procedures. Alyamama Electrician’s OS&H Manual provides information on management of safety and health, its safety essentials, roles and responsibilities of all staff to promote safety in the workplace. Safety and health responsibilities of all staff are clearly identified in our OS&H manual. Added to this, our Safety Manager regularly reiterates everyone’s responsibility towards safety in his weekly toolbox meetings. He also makes site visits to ensure that staff are adhering to the company safety policies. Alyamama operates with Safe Operating Procedures, Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments. These documents are updated regularly to ensure they are kept current and relevant. All Alyamama staff work with Task Risk Assessments, which are a type of permit system and must be completed before a task is carried out, If a client requires our staff to use their own permit to system we will gladly do so.
