GEOLOGY• Within the prolific Rye Patch and Humboldt trends.

• On trend with the Florida Canyon and Standard open pit, heap leach gold mines with over 2.3 M oz of gold produced to date.

• Presence of extensive jasperoid zones associated with gold mineralization in the Natchez Pass limestone.

BACKGROUND• Located 70 km west of Osisko Mining Inc’s. (5 M+ oz Au resource)

Windfall deposit.

• Vior has secured a prospective land package adjacent to Osisko Mining, Cartier Resources and SOQUEM properties near Lebel-sur-Quévillon, QC, searching for a gold-rich volcanogenic polymetallic deposit.

GEOLOGY• Hosts a mineral resource of 317,700 tonnes grading 3.4 g/t gold known

as the Morono “M zone” (historic, non-compliant 43-101).

• Vior discovered a new gold zone in 2017 grading 1.13 g/t Au over 14.5 meters (40.0 to 56.0 m core length), including 2.93 g/t Au over 4.53 meters.

• Most of the IP anomalies should remain untested

US$ 1,100+/tRUTILE WHAT?• Rutile is as mineral composed mainly of titanium dioxide (TiO2).

• Titanium is a metal that has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metal so far discovered along with high corrosion resistance. It is very valuable and has a host of uses, from aerospace construction to medical devices and sports equipment (not to mention paint pigments, which make up 65% of worldwide sales).

RUTILE PRICES AVERAGED WELL OVER US$ 1,100/T* IN 2019. • The market is growing rapidly and new discoveries are getting rare.

BACKGROUND• Iluka Resources Ltd. is the largest titanium dioxide producer in the

world, with mining operations in Australia, Sierra Leone and Sri Lanka.

• Iluka is fulling funding exploration work. It may earn a 90% interest in the project by spending $2.7 M. Vior will retain a 2% GRR on titanium metals and a 2% NSR on all precious and base metals. Vior is the operator during the exploration phase.

GEOLOGY• Located 100 km east of Quebec City with excellent access and

infrastructure nearby.

• Glacial train of rutile boulders grading up to 57.6% TiO2 discovered in 2015.

• Recently completed a 13 hole 2,664 m drill program to test the HeliFalcon gravity-gradiometric anomalies.

NEXT STEPS• The drill core is being processed and analyzed by IOS Services

Géoscientifiques to determine its physical, mineralogical and geochemical cheracteristics for the next exploration follow-up.
