What happens to uninsured people who are sickor injured? Is it different for children? In this case , the ambulance provides

immediatly medical services for radiology .

-Usually, when someone gets hurt, the wounded person goes to the hospital, the medical office where you are assigned being frequented only in cases of having a cold, the flu or other minor health inconveniences.

Regarding the hospitalization, an uninsured person receives necessary emergency medical services. The hospital representatives are required to evaluate the patient’s medical situation and if his health is no longer an emergency, they discharge him.

Yes, it is different for children. If they are under 12, they receive free assistance. Uninsured mothers who are hospitalized must pay a small amount of money for each day spent in hospital.

The sanitary units can be organised according to several standards:

- by a teritorial standard, in regional, county or municipal hospitals

- according to the pathological specific, they could be urgent or of a certain speciality: oncological or contagious.

- they could be public or private - according to the research level:

university clinics or university institutes Structurally, the hospitals are organised

in sections: diagnosis and treatment halls, laboratories, technic departments, economic-administrative, speciality conveyance such as ambulances, and emergency halls.

The hospitals' activity is coordinated by a manager, whereas the medical care is assured by doctors, nurses, support staff and administrative-technical staff.

There is a wide range of medical offices with family doctors in the city. In severe cases, those with medical insurance are sent by their family doctor to the hospital, without having them pay for the health services they receive.

Medical units are organised in human medical units and veterinary medical units.

had health problems. For emergencies, we allocate

approximately ¼ of our family income.

In Romania, uninsured people are people who do not provide proof of the payment of health insurance. Those people benefit from emergency medical or surgical services, including those with contagious epidemic potential. Uninsured people could be considered insurers and they could benefit from complete health services if their spouse or parents are insured and they pay the health insurance.

Uninsured sick people have to pay their interventions.

The categories exempt from paying the health insurance are children under 18 years old, students younger than 26 who do not have any kind of income, the spouse and parents of the insured, disabled people who do not have income from work, pension or any other sources, the sick included in national programs (such as cancer, TBC, hemophilia, those who have suffered a transplant) and pregnant women.

What can be improved to make the health care more accessible for children? Firstly, health education should be improved. In

our hospital, there are many poor families that only have the newborn children's allowance. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable thing, but this is the mentality of humans in the twenty first century.

Secondly, maternities should be equipped properly. More money should be allocated to hospitals because the treatments are expensive, there are many needs and investigations. If funds were sufficient, there would not have limit the number of days hospitalization, especially for the children who are not completely cured. The staff should be rounded. If there are two nurses attending to 30 children they won’t be able to take care of all. Consequently, many problems appear .

In addition, I think that it is essential to built houses for mothers with financial and social problems. Food and accommodation should be provided to these women, who recently gave birth.

Providing affordable health services for children could be achieved through regular home care examination, both for monitorising the treatment and preventing of the disease spreading among children.

 

For a better care of the children's health, the pediatric ward and the maternities should have more advanced technology, and the doctors should be better prepared.

What should be done to resolve these problems? Inssurance houses should give a sum to buid

more private clinics.( They should help the insured person with some money.) Retribution should be in accordance with the rules. Doctors should be better paid. Even if the staff is well prepared,the system is obstructed. Our doctors should benefit much more better conditions. This way, they won’t leave the country. The most important thing you should avoid ,as much as possible , is going to private clinics. State doctors are really excellent and you should go to them.

For the change to occur, we need the strong desire, will and support of the people, and likewise the state's aid.

Kids should be taught by young people to take care of their health. Health care lessons would be useful.

Quality health care for children should be a priority for the authorities, by increasing access to health services.

For the success of these goals, preparation and abiding by protocols that define exactly the development of all the activities that can contribute to improving the lives of our children are required. Furthermore, communication between institutions can enhance the activity of those involved in health services.
