constipated Urine is clean or very light yellow Temporarily low fever, headache, stomach discomfort

could be due to toxic chemical detoxified into blood stream en route to the liver before excreted into colon. By eating easily digested and eliminated diet like sweet potato with organic white rice porridge can help keeping the colon empty fast.

EIGHT NATURAL REMEDIES“Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest,

exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power—these are the true remedies. Every person should have a knowledge of nature's remedial agencies and how to apply them. It is essential both to understand the principles involved in the treatment of the sick and to have a practical training that will enable one rightly to use this knowledge.” Ministry of Healing, p.127, Ellen G. White

NUTRITION Genesis 1:29-30; 3:18; 9:3; Daniel 1:12 “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

Hippocrates, the Father of Natural Medicine (Turmeric with black pepper)

Moderate means optimally sufficient amount, not necessary the average. Going forward, every suggestion usually mean moderate amounts.

Unpolluted ancient salt like Himalayan Pink salt to keep blood renin to the minimum. Except for newborn babies, honey is the best sweetener because it is also antifungal and antibacterial.

Non-GMO, organic oil to dissolve transfat for elimination, and avoid high-fructose corn syrup.

Juice is a form of concentrated food. If it is made with fruits and/or vegetables of those other than organic may mean more herbicides or pesticides in it.

For protein, eat plant protein rich foods like quinoa, millet, beans, or nuts . Sorry, I need to make a correction The Protein Combining Myth

For vitamin B12, eat beer brewer’s yeat.

Page 7: A Healthy Lifestyle revsion 4

NUTRITION FOR NON-VEGETARIANS For meat, eat according to Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14, so that the

unclean animals can be the scavengers, pest controllers, mosquitoes or fliers controllers, or water filters to help us to reduce pollution or the need of pesticides.

For meat, eat the Jewish Kosher or Islamic Halal meats because the blood with toxins and stress hormone are drained before selling them so the meat are more healthy for consummation and taste better.

For beef or mutton, eat those that are naturally raised with organic grass like those from New Zealand and without growth hormone or antibiotics.

Keep in mind that animal protein digestion takes calcium from bone first and then the calcium intake replenish the bone. Therefore increase risk of osteoporosis. It also uses enzyme from pancreas that can help us to expose cancer cells to white blood cells to be destroyed.

For fish, eat those that are less affected by heavy metals in the bottom of the water bodies like those that swim close to the surface like sardine in clean water of Spain or Portugal. And wild catch fish are better then farm raised because the food that the farmers provide may be polluted already, so wild catch salmon is better than farm raised ones.

Eat papaya, mango, pineapple, or aloe vera that contain strong enzyme to help digest animal protein.

Why consider ease from meat eating to a vegan diet?

WATER Not all water are the same like big and

small size clustered water can hydrate and cleanse our cells. The regular drinking water cleanse the outside of our cells.

Color of urine – drink enough fluid until the color of our urine to be clear or very light yellow. Vitamin C can cause our urine to be yellow. Beats may cause our urine to be pink.

To prevent constipation, we need to drink water, soup, juice, and other drinks in the amount of 2 fluid ounces per one pound of body weight per day. For example, 128 pound / 2 pound = 64 fluid ounce. 1 glass is 8 fluid ounce. So 8 glasses per day. Make sure that you have at least half teaspoon of natural, not refined, salt in your diet to have good water distribution around your body.

Take shower or bath everyday if weather or water supplies allow to wash away toxins from our body. Since you are washing your body daily, no soap is better so not to wash away the oil on our skin that may cause dryness and itchiness.

Page 11: A Healthy Lifestyle revsion 4

SUNLIGHT Sunlight is beneficial to our health, like looking at

indirect sunlight helps to our biological clocks to help us sleep better.

It can help our skin to make vitamin D3 which is essential for prevent depression, bone loss, dental issues. Vitamin D3 is also important to our immune system and can be converted by our body to an anti-cancer chemical.

Due to glyphosate in herbicides and pesticides in our food then into our bodies, Stephanie Seneff, PhD of MIT found that the chemical affected our bodies’ ability to make vitamin D3 by the uv rays from the sun. So, taking 1000 to 2000 I.U. daily may be needed to maintain immune system, bone and dental health.

TEMPERANCE (ABSTEMIOUSNESS) Abuse of chemical like alcohol, tobacco, street drugs, recreation drugs,

over counter drugs, and prescription drugs can be dangerous to our health.

Misuse of refined food that comes with chemical residues in the process of refining like bleached flour, and regular table salt.

Over-use -- no carbohydrate high protein diet could cause osteoporosis. Under-use – while we recognize that due do genetic issue we need to avoid

certain foods, not eating enough intentionally that leads to malnutrition is unhealthy.

Non-use – not using salt in our diet could cause blood renin to increase and therefore heart disease risk increase; not using oil in our diet could cause now fat soluble vitamin absorption;

Wrong combination – glucose with fructose artificially into high-fructose corn syrup, glyphosate from foods with aluminum from vaccination, fluoride and lead from water, mercury and lead from deep sea fish, hydrogen with unsaturated fat into transfat like margarine.

Wrong substitution -- artificial sweeteners (cancer causing), artificial food colors (from petroleum), artificial favor (synthetic MSG).

Silver dental fillings that contain mercury.

AIR Purity – to avoid pollution or airborne infectious diseases, we wear

masks, use air purifiers, grow special indoor plants. Humidity – to avoid dryness of our nasal or oral mucous

membranes which means more susceptible to infection, we use humidifier or having a bowl of water in the room.

Temperature – while breathing air that is too hot or too cold may harm our respiratory system, breathing appropriate temperature steam is therapeutic to our respiratory system.

Freshness – after the car is heated up under the sun, open the window to refresh the air, before driving it. Driving a short while until the air under the hood has be refreshed before turning on the fan or air conditioning. Keep the window open enough to be safe and for more oxygen to enter house.

Negative ions – these beneficial ions are made by ocean waves, water fall natural or artificial, rain, shower, and running tap water.

Breathing habit -- Just Because You Are Alive Does Not Mean You Are Breathing Properly

Page 14: A Healthy Lifestyle revsion 4

REST Physical – sleep, nap, take breaks, relax muscles especially those of the eyes Spiritual – have God the Holy Spirit and God the Son resides in us so that we

arrive at the destination of being spiritual from the starting point of being carnal (Romans 7 and 8)

Mental – pause and give thanks and express admiration of God’s character especially His goodness to us

Volition – rest our will to our heavenly Father’s loving will Conscience – Jesus Christ paid for all our sin debts and Satan wrongly

accusing God to create doubt about God and vindicated that God is just and Adam was equipped to overcome Satan’s temptation through Eve. Romans 3 God can therefore forgive us, we can forgive ourselves and others.

Social – have some alone time or group time whichever is lacking and we can talk to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit through prayer.

Daily – evening is the beginning of a day Genesis 1:5, so pray and prepare for the coming daytime events to a proactive person. Be a faithful bond servant of God on Earth.

Weekly – circasepta rhythm means a seven day cycle, six day works and one day rest can prevent high blood pressure and addiction to work.

Eternally -- have the hope of certainty that the Universe will be cleansed of evil and filthiness by fire and created anew to be righteous and holy forever. Revelation 20:10 and 22:11
