Booth Allocation
1) The organizer reserves the right to accept/reject any application and to determine the number of
booths for each exhibitor.
2) Higher amount of booths will ensure preferential placement in the hall. To the extent possible
the Organizer will place booths according to the product categories.
Types of Exhibition Space, Services and Rules
1) Raw Space
Has no construction or electricity outlet. Exhibitors may contact either the official contractor or a
contractor of their choice to design and set up their booth. After booking Raw Space, should
exhibitors wish to change it to Shell Scheme, please contact the organizer to change.
2) Shell Scheme
This is space plus a basic hard-wall booth constructed in Octanorm. Each 9 sqm shell scheme
booth comes with carpet, standard 2.50m high partition walls, fascia with company name in
standard font vinyl cutout letters and furniture package of 2 folding chairs, 1 info counter, 1
wastepaper basket and 1 electrical socket and 3 spotlights. All Shell Scheme booths are set up by
the Official Contractor. For any question concerning booth setup or to order additional furniture,
please contact the Official Contractor.
3) Additional Furniture Rental
Exhibitors who require additional furniture, electricity, or heavy-duty power supply may contact
Interplan Group for details about the service charges.
4) Decoration Rules in the Hall
a. No objects should be hung from the ceilings or pipes. No posters or other promotional
materials may be posted on walls or pillars. These materials may be posted only on the
partition walls of individual booths.
b. Any additional booth and exhibit decorations (including signs, logos, flags, promotional
balloons, plants, carpets, and lights) are prohibited. The decoration contractor reserves the
right to charge the exhibitor if any damage is caused.
c. Exhibitors may contact the Official Contractor, Interplan Group for additional decoration
requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS (1) This application should be provided to the Organizer by email or fax. After application is accepted by Organizer, the applicant will receive confirmation of the booth(s) together with a down payment invoice (50% of total amount, plus 5% tax). Once the payment is received, booth(s) will be reserved. (2) The balance should be paid on or before 60 days prior to show opening (i.e. January 31, 2019). A copy of transfer advice should be faxed or emailed to the Organizer. An invoice will be sent after the remaining balance is received. (3) In case of withdrawal, regardless of the reason, down payment and space rental already paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. (4) Organizer reserves the right to re-allocate the booth without any notice, if necessary. (5) All payments should be made by bank wire transfer.

Standard Rules & Regulations 1) Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Exhibition up to 60 days before the Exhibition start date and shall in such event
reimburse already paid fees to the applicant. The organizer shall have no other liability to the applicant.
2) Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Exhibition, change the date and/or venue for the Exhibition for any reason
before the Exhibition start date. If the applicant is able to attend the revised Exhibition, all terms shall continue to apply. If the
applicant notifies the organizer in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving notification of the revised Exhibition that he/she
does not wish to attend the re-arranged Exhibition, the organizer shall reimburse already paid fees to the applicant. The
organizer shall have no other liability to the applicant.
3) The rules and procedures listed below haven been set to protect the rights of all exhibition participants, and ensure that
the exhibition is carried out in an orderly fashion. All exhibitors and third party agents contracted by exhibitors (henceforth
called ‘exhibitors’ in this document) are obliged to follow the rules, regulations and procedures listed below. Violations at any
time may result in exclusion from the exhibition at the organizer’s discretion.
Exhibitor Obligations
1. When signing the related application forms, participants agree to follow all the existing Regulations and further
Regulations that might be made to modify them.
2. Once signed and submitted by the Applicant and confirmed by Organizer, the contract will be established and come into
effect.
3. Violations of the Regulations can result, by decision of the Organizer, in the exclusion of the transgressors whose
damage claim, if any, will be rejected.
4. All exhibitors ought to comply with all regulations in the Exhibitors' Manual and complete their construction and/or
decoration by the date and time stipulated by Show Management.
5. Exhibitors must remove all exhibits from the Exhibition Hall within the move-out period stipulated by Show
Management. They will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibition Hall due to delayed removal.
Raw Space
No equipment provided, no carpet, no electricity. Exhibitors may contact either the official contractor or contractor of their
choice to set up the booth. For efficiency, Exhibitors can contact the Organizer if want to change to Shell Scheme. Any
derivative cost will be borne at the exhibitor expense.
Shell Scheme
Booths will be constructed with Octanorm. Each shell scheme comes with the basic furniture package, which includes Carpet,
Fascia board with company name, Partitions H=250cm,3 long arm spot lights (18W), 1 power socket (max. 110V/5A), 2 chairs,
1 info counter (100x50x82.5cm/h), 1 waste basket. All Shell Scheme booths are to be set up by the Official Contractor. For any

reasonable cause, to assign the said space to another exhibitor, or use the said space in any other manner deemed
suitable.
