PLATFORM

All-welded 36 x 60 in. (0.92 x 1.53111) tubular aluminum work platform assembly with inside handrails, sliding bar gate and 180" hydraulic platform rotator. 44 in. (1.12111) high railings with 6 in. (0.15m) toeboard.

110-volt AC wiring with plug and junction box on the turntable and two outlets on the platform, 15 amp resettable circuit breaker, and ground fault interrupter.

CONTROLS

buttons for auxiliary power, engine start, choke, emergency stop and driving horn.

Separate operational zone display panel with digital read-out for boom angle and length; a working range diagram with indicator lights; system test push button with indicator light and tilt alarm indicator light.

BOOM

All-steel 3-section trapezoidal boom. Mid-section extends by a single stage double acting hydraulic cylinder with integral load holding valve. Synchronized extension of fly section by a leaf-chain with cable back-up.

Patented track bridge@ power guide routes hydraulic and electric lines to the platform.

Pressure/flow compensated, variable displacement axial Hydraulically extendable front and rear axles with piston pump with 43 gpm (163 Ipm). Maximum system automatic locking cylinders**. Dual hydraulic jacks raise operating pressure of 3,700 psi (259 bar). the chassis for axle extensiordretraction.

Electrically activated consolidated valve bank provides simultaneous function capability.

Two-wheel, two speed planetary drive hubs on the front wheels. Rotary flow divider provides differential traction.

10 micron hydraulic pressure filter, 10 micron return filter and magnetic plug in reservoir.
