Key Qualifications, Professional Experiences/Trainings: Mr. Rementilla’s professional work experiences started way back in 1980’s as full time Professor for some 10 years at Technological Institute of the Philippines; as a full-pledge Professor, title granted upon him by the Chairman/Owner Dr. Demetrio A. Quirino, Jr. of TIP, by virtue of a meritorious academic recommendation by then Dean of Engineering & Architecture, Engr Mario E. Herrera, after Mr. Rementilla’s graduation with full scholarships his BS Mechanical Engineering Course in 1984, alongside with his completion as graduate also with full scholarship his Marine Engineering Course in 1980 also at TIP, & his passing the Licensure ME Board in 1985, Mr. Rementilla was awarded by TIP Chairman “full-pledged Professor Title” in 1985 & continued collegiate teaching career at TIP from 1980, extending consistently to 1989 handling Engineering Mathematics, including Thermodynamics, Physics, Power Plant & Industrial Plant Engg. In Summer of 1987, by the recommendation of Dr. Ricardo Galang of the University of the Phils., an authority in Philippine Education Industry, Mr. Rementilla was chosen as among selected 5 Professors in the Philis., to represent the Country in attendance to International Conference on the Unity of Sciences & Philosophy in Tokyo, Japan & was given a 10-Minute Speech at Closing Ceremony about Topic: Grand Unification Theory & the Theory of Everything before more than a hundred of attendees: Engineers/Ph D’s; Professors on Sciences,

Scientists; afterwhich he was awarded “Certificate as The Youngest Professor in Attendance”.

His collegiate teaching extended part-timely to DeLa Salle University by the recommendation of Dr./Professor Jose Lim, a DLSU Mathematics Professor & Arellano University, Manila, by Dr. Ricardo Galang, in late 80’s; and also part-timely at International Academy of Management and Economics (I/AME), Makati, as being hired personally as Staff-Professor by I/AME President/Owner Dr. Emmanuel Santos. Dr. Santos, simultaneously granted Mr. Rementilla full scholarship finishing his MBA – Management Course in 1990-1991, while teaching at I/AME handling mathematics for Business Management students.

Mr. Rementilla, after finishing his graduate studies in 1991, left his professorial university/college jobs and shifted to applications of his Engineering and Technical Academic knowledge to actual Plant Operations and Engineering Maintenance, including production management, cost operations and budget planning, and project management in various capacities, and in several Companies/Plants in the Phils., since 1992 to present, including Mr. Rementilla overseas job experience in Middle East/KSA in 2004-2009, as Supervising Field Engineer in Site QAQC & Engineering Divisions at MMG/Mohammad AL-Mojil Group for Oil & Gas/Petro Chem Processing Plant Projects & part-timely on 5-month Contract in 1st Quarter (February-June) 2014, as Consultant/Sr. MEPF Head Engineer in Nigeria for High Rise Business Center Facilities owned by Churchgate.

As Project Owner’s Engineer on site in the actual execution of Project Scope of Works, represents Snowy OWL as Site Manager to handle, manage, resolve construction issues at site, while working side by side with Contractor’s Project Manager in the following major departments:

Technical contract/Technical Scope of Works; QA/QC; Safety, Health and Environment

Planning and Budget Control of the Project by Capacity Range & Timetable of Project Schedule

Coordinates with Owner’s Contractor Project Management Division Head; makes technical briefings; attends site meetings; sees to it that all approved IFC.s Shop Drawings, Site Instructions are implemented in accordance with the Project Specifications, Codes of Practice, and Standards & must see to it that all Project Engineers, Technicians, Workers at site are following the Site Project Management Safety Policies, Rule of Professional Work Standards, Professional Code of Ethics, and the Contract/EPC. At Head Office, Mr Rementilla assists the Engineering & Technical Group, working side by side with Professional Mechanical Engr Jojo Luna, & others with Instructions from Country Manager Engr Recto Correa, in contributing to preparing feasibility studies; QA/QC Design Reviews with Comments, including corrective Remarks; & other engineering works reviews as needed

New Appointment by Owl Energy Managing Director Tony Segadelli – October 1, 2014: As HSE Officer – In October 01, 2014, Managing Director Engr TONY SEGADELLI, wrote a Memo which entrusts the Company’s development & technical constructivity of the HSE Organization Department to Mr. Rementilla as Snowy Owl Energy’s HSE Officer. With the Memo, Mr. Rementilla is entrusted to technically prepare & write a comprehensive but simplified Manual on HSE. That manual, a one OWL Corporate Manual on Safety Program & Plan to link with the Commissioning Manual of Procedures that is intended to meet the OHSAS 18001 Requirements for this year 2015

Certification. The whole proceeding is under the technical expertise & guidance by Power Plant Expert/Engineer Ralph R. Ferrell

Also, recently, (November 2014) Mr. Rementilla has undergone & passed with Special Award:

Best in Fast Casualty & Patients Handling in strict 6-day Red Cross Trainings on: BLS-CPR Trainings & Standard First Aid, at Philippine Red Cross Building & Facilities in Ortigas, Pasig, Rizal. Additionally, Mr. Rementilla recently completed the SGS-SSC Training on ISO 9001-

March 1, 2013 – June 30, 2013 – Senior Deputy MEP Manager/MEPF Consultant, First Continental Properties Ltd/Churchgate Group, Nigeria.

By 5-month Contract as MEPF Sr. Consultant/Deputy Manager: Handles and resolves Project Design Issues in the supervision of MEPF Systems for project managements and supports services – to see to it all is done according to Design Plan & Contract. He also assists QAQC Group that directly inspects, regulates, controls site work constructions, installations of the proponent’s Materials & Equipment in MEP.
