BOARDMEMBER

The Board of Directors is composed of 9 members, 8 of whom are elected as representatives of the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai every two years and come from leading positions in the German industry.

Requirements for the candidates • The candidates are to represent corporate members of the German Chamber

of Commerce in China | Shanghai. Consistent with the Chamber’s statute, the candidates should presently hold a senior management position, i.e. either General Manager, Member of the Board, or Chief Representative.

• They have a good standing in German-Chinese business relations.• They are willing to accept the nomination and to assume the task to serve

on the Board. One term lasts two years.

If you are a member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai, take a chance at the next election for the Board of Directors in 2020 or nominate other candidates who represent your interests.
