The clock is ticking (debt clock)
• Get into groups of three students. One student needs to be the recorder, one the presenter and the third the timer.
• Using the powers of Congress, develop a five step plan to help pay down the national debt.
• Each step must be categorized as either raising revenue or cutting expenditures.
• Record all information on the group w.s. (including names).
• Pick your best revenue raiser and your best expenditure to present to the class.
Hurry, the clock is ticking!
