Strategically abandon staff synergy on PLC Friday.

a. Use Remind 101 to notify teachers of cancellations of events including Staff Synergies.

Staff will meet with core teams, grade level or other core subject areas during PLC time. (Data Teams)

All SPED teachers will meet quarterly with general education teachers to discuss the educational needs of students on caseload.

a. Rotating schedule for resource to meet with teachers

Site team will advocate the building agenda for PLCs/PDs. Along with PD leaders.

Staff will be given 30 minutes at the end of each PD day to reflect as a team or individually.
