A decade of hard work results in success In the past ten years, the China Sourcing Fairs have provided buyers and suppliers worldwide with a series of dedicated trade platforms. Nearly 50 specialized trade shows covering 12 verticals take place annually during peak sourcing seasons at six global sourcing hubs. In 2012, the China Sourcing Fairs welcomed 161,523 buyers and featured a total of 17,084 booths. This 2013, the Fairs will provide both buyers and suppliers with more comprehensive and improved Pre-At-Post services.

The 10th anniversary of the China Sourcing Fairs.

The India Fair will move from Mumbai to New Delhi.

The Sao Paulo Fair debuted in August.

The Miami Fair connected China/Asian suppliers with Latin and

North American buyers.

Pre-At-Post services were introduced.

The Johannesburg Fair opened in December.

The Hong Kong, Dubai and Mumbai Fairs attracted over 160,000

international buyers.

The launch of the Mumbai Fair in November.

The Dubai Fair commenced.

Global Sources Exhibitions became the second largest trade

show organizer in Hong Kong.

The Fairs relocated to AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.

Private Sourcing Events and the Buyer Summits were held onsite.

The Shanghai Fairs drew 75,467 buyers.

Just after China’s entry into WTO, the China Sourcing Fairs kicked

off in Shanghai in October.
