PROHIBITIONS It Is prohibited to possess or operate a motor vehicleon National Forest System lands on the FredericktownUnit other than in accordance with these designations(36 CFR 261.13). V iola tors of 36 CFR 261.13 a re subject to a fine of up to$5,000 or im prisonm ent for up to 6 m onths or both (18 U.S .C.3571(e)). This prohibition a pplies rega rdless of the presenceor a bsence of signs. This m a p does not displa y nonm otorized uses, over-snowvehicle uses, or other fa cilities a nd a ttra ctions on theFredericktown Unit. As a visitor, you m ustcom ply with signs notifying you of such restrictions.
