This Office announces to the field the conduct of the Division ranking of applicants to update the Division Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) for Senior High School Teaching Positions Effective School Year (SY) 2019-2020. 2. For applicants who are already teaching in the DepEd in the junior high school, DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 on the "Revised Guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions” shall apply, except for "Part III. Computation of Points" of said DepEd Order. "Part VII. Evaluation Criteria and Computation of Points" of DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016 shall be applied instead. 3. As part of the application procedure, all applicants are required to register to the Department’s online system at application.deped.aov.ph where they must encode their Personal Data Sheet and select the Division where they want to be ranked. Once submitted, a Unique Applicant Number (UAN) will be issued. In the submission of application requirements, the UAN shall be indicated, if available. 4. After the online registration process, all applicants shall submit to the school head of the SHS, where he/she intends to apply, a written application, with the Applicants Number indicated, on or before January 18, 2019 supported by the following documents in two (3) sets/copies: Applicants for Permanent Positions Mandatory requirements Letter of intent which shall indicate the following information: a. Statement of purpose/expression of interest b. Subject group he/she intends to teach c. Preferred school (s), if any CSC Form 212 (Revised 2005) or Personal Data Sheet in two copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture Certified photocopy of certificates of relevant specialized training, if any Certified copy of the Voter’s ID and/or any proof of residency National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant Additional requirements Certified photocopy of Diploma on Bachelor’s degree Certified photocopy of Transcript of Records, Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA) with at least 15 units of specialization in relevant strand/specialized subject Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or a PRC certification showing the teacher’s name, LET rating, and other information recorded in the PRC Office Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)/ Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET) Additional requirements for TVL teacher- applicants Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) of at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NC-II) or same

1. This Office announces to the field the conduct of the Division ranking of applicants to update the D ivision Registry o f Qualified Applicants (RQA) for Senior High School Teaching Positions Effective School Year (SY) 2019 -2020 .

2. For applicants who are already teaching in the DepEd in the junior high school, DepEd O rder No. 66, s. 2007 on the "Revised Guidelines on the A ppointm ent and Prom otion of O ther Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions” shall apply, except for "Part III. • Certified photocopy of Certification of Proficiency/Recognition from recognized and acceptable relevant associations/o rgan izations/ guild.

Additional requ irem ent for HEI/TVI faculty

• Certified photocopy of Certification of Status of Em ploym ent/ Service Record from HEI/TVI

Note: For Education, applicants are advised to submit to the School Screening Committee a certification indicating their General Weighted Average (GWA) in their baccalaureate course in college.

5. Applicants from HEIs m ust p resen t a Certificate of Service Rendered and of Good Standing from his o r he r previous em ployer w ith the inform ation listed below, if available:

6. The School Screening Committee (SSC) through the school head shall forw ard to the Division Selection Committee (DSC) the list of applicants from th e ir respective school w ith a se t o f com plete required docum ents on or before January 2 5 ,2 0 1 9 .

7. In th e evaluation of docum ents and determ ination of points of applicants, the provisions stipulated in DepEd O rder No. 3, s. 2016 shall be followed. Applicants shall be evaluated using the following criteria:

11. Senior High School principals shall subm it to the Division Screening Committee (DSC) the Composition of the School Screening Committee following the guidelines stipu lated in DepEd Order
