1. Develop a skilled, educated and dynamic workforce that can compete for jobs within the city region.
2. Support people into decent and secure jobs that pay well.
3. Achieve a balanced local economy, more investment and stronger position within Greater Manchester.
4. More business start ups and increase survival rates.
5. Ensure we are a place that supports economic growth, encourages enterprise and capitalises on new technology
