Present case is a of a girl about 15 yrs. of case belongs to middle socio income group, student had been suffering eruptions on back of elbow since last many years. She had been having taking treatment regularly from conventional system of therapeutics . At one she was given Anti Tubercular Treatment without any relief. She was diagnosed as lupus at some point of time. She used to get some relief from local application but the lesion keeps on reappearing after some time.
When this patient came to my OPD , attention was paid to the mind and disposition of the girl and it was elicited assessed and recorded and interpretation was made and matched with the reportorial and materia Medica data and the results are displayed in the photographs.
The concept is mentioned in the foot note to aphorism 211 of ORGANON OF MEDICINE. That if the change in mind and disposition of the patient are taken in to consideration results are very fruitful.
