IntroducingIntroducing

In this project pupils will compare healthy and unhealthy food. They will make a questionnaire and find the most popular and unpopular food of their schoolmates. At the end they will change one recipe to each other. Czech children will cook Polish meal and Polish children will cook Czech simply meal.

ConclusionConclusion Most of children like breakfast and eat cornflakes.

Children bring snack to school.

Many pupils go to the school canteen.

Somebody likes mashed potatoes and fried fish, the others like chopped chicken with potatoes.

Only sometimes they have supper with their families.

The children prefer fruits,meat and sweet.

Their favourite drink is juice and coke.

The recipe of potatoe – pancake (bramborák)INGREDIENTS:potatoes,milk,smooth flour,eggs,garlic,marjoram,salt,pepper,oil,onion.1.We must shred potatoes,wash down milk and salt and pepper.2.As next tach on marjoram,eggs,smooth flour,garlic and onion stir.

3.One last measure we bake on oil of two sides.

Our recipe - vegetable soupOur recipe - vegetable soup Ingredients:

Potatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, celeriac, parsley, flour, marjoram.

Process:

All ingredients we must cut on bricks and cook in salt water.

We can take on other sorts of vegetables. The soup thicken roux from fet and flour. Take on marjoram.

Ingredients: 1 l water

250 g dry bread crust 80 g fat 2 eggs 150 g onion Salt, red pepper parsley The crust fries on fet with parsley and cut onion. Water tack on salt, red pepper and cook. At the end take on mix eggs.

Polish recipePolish recipe Czech pupils chose a typical Polish

meal – „ žurek“. There is a recipe:

ŽurekŽurek The base for Żurek : 3 cups of rye flour, small piece of crust from rye bread , 2 minced cloves of garlic, 2 cups of warm water, Place ingredients in a jar, mix them well, cover

the jar with a piece of clean cloth, let the jar stay in a warm place for 4-5 days. If mold forms on top, remove it before using the zakwas. Discard the bread crust and garlic before using.

ŽurekŽurek Ingredients: 2 cups of zakwas, 3/4 lb of white sausage – chopped (or just use polska kielbasa) 1/2 lb of bacon, 1 onion – minced, 2 cloves of garlic – minced, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 Tablespoon of flour, 1 bay leaf. 2 corns of allspiece. 5 black peppercorns, 1Tablespoon of marjoram Preparation: Fry bacon (chopped), add onion, add garlic and sausage. Fry a little

more.Add 3 cups of boiling water, add bay leaf, black pepper. allspiece. Cook for 20 minutes. Add zakwas. Mix sour cream with flour, add to soup, add marjoram, mix the soup well. Bring to a boil. You can also add chopped, cooked potatoes and chopped hard boiled egg.
