LOOSE ENDSJens Altheimer
Tie up some ‘Loose Ends’ when an adventurous one-man show full of groovy gadgets, playful puppets, skillful clowning and stunning surprises comes to your venue.
‘Loose Ends’ combines wacky and impressive custom-built contraptions, puppetry, circus, shadow
projection and music. It tells the story of a man who is struggling to cope with the world outside
his door. Alone in his secluded universe, he creates a friend - to find himself quickly mixed up in
the emotions of friendship, betrayal, loyalty and jealousy. Can he finally face his fears, make some
meaningful connections and create genuine friendship? Built from hard rubbish and op-shop
treasures, ‘Loose Ends’ is a celebration of the capricious and full of unexpected situations, set in a
whimsical world of half-mechanised thingamabobs and headstrong puppets.
WORKSHOPSChain reaction building – Participants work in small teams to create a chain reaction installation out of
recycled components.
Tinkering – Children will learn different circus skills in ball juggling, plate manipulation, stick balancing
and tight wire walking.
Clowning and circus – A playful introduction into fining your funny bone on stage.

ERTH’S DINOSAUR ZOOErth - Visual and Physical Inc.
Following sell out international seasons in the UK’s West End, Broadway USA and Japan, Erth is bringing ‘Dinosaur Zoo’ back home to share its success and a further developed performance in touring to regional areas of Australia.
‘Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo’ is an experiential theatre performance which features a cast of large-scale
Australian dinosaur puppets brought to life by sophisticated design, electronics and theatrical

in a way that connects children to the real science of paleontology. Erth’s life-like dinosaurs are alive
and mostly friendly in this fun, educational and unique performance event that will delight children
of all ages. This will also open the opportunity to work with Erth on their latest show in development
‘ARK’.
