Promoters of TIIPL infused about Rs.39 crores as equity into the project TIIPL obtains sanction from State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) a Project Loan of Rs.50 Crores. TIIPL utilizes only Rs.34 cr out of the project Loan of SBH. The repayment of the Loan commenced from 1st July’2014 All the area falling to the share of the TIIPL sold out. The project is ready for delivery by II Week of August’2014 On course to repay the Project Loan of SBH by December’2014, 18 months ahead of the original repayment schedule. TIIPL has built a dedicated team of professionals with great execution capabilities and robust operational processes over the past 3 years.

Mr. SP Reddy has orchestrated a tremendous growth in the business targeting Federal, State, and Local government Since enGenius launch in 1996, enGenius is currently managed by its President in Atlanta, Georgia.
