Terminus Infra

• Terminus Infrastructures India Private Limited (TIIPL) formed by Mr. SP Reddy in June’10.

• Enter into Development Agreement for construction of Mixed use Commercial Complex at CBD, Hyderabad in October’2011 ( the project was abandoned by the earlier developer in initial stages) .

• Promoters of TIIPL infused about Rs.39 crores as equity into the project• TIIPL obtains sanction from State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) a Project Loan of Rs.50

Crores.• TIIPL utilizes only Rs.34 cr out of the project Loan of SBH. The repayment of the Loan

commenced from 1st July’2014• All the area falling to the share of the TIIPL sold out. • The project is ready for delivery by II Week of August’2014• On course to repay the Project Loan of SBH by December’2014, 18 months ahead of

the original repayment schedule.• TIIPL has built a dedicated team of professionals with great execution capabilities and

robust operational processes over the past 3 years.

SLN Terminus redefines the conventional concept of stand-alone work spaces by integrating work with leisure. The project has been developed on the lines of a center comprising of premium commercial retail and IT spaces.

• Mr. SP Reddy has more than 24 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Hospitality industry and Strategic Investments in North America.

• Mr. SP Reddy is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of enGenius Consulting Group, Atlanta, USA. The company offers a broad range of IT-related services ranging from IT strategic planning, software development, business process reengineering, ERP implementation. Mr. SP Reddy has orchestrated a tremendous growth in the business targeting Federal, State, and Local government Since enGenius launch in 1996, enGenius is currently managed by its President in Atlanta, Georgia.

• He earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University,

• Mr. SP Reddy has relocated his family to Hyderabad, India in June 2007, after spending nearly 21+ years of professional career in United States of America.

• During the period 1993-2007 Mr . Reddy has constructed owned and operated international Hotel Brands such as Intercontinental Hotel Group, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Hyatt, Best Western and Cendant in the Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama States in USA.

• Presently one of his Group Companies in India holds the Master Franchisee in South India for Serafina , the Italian Restaurant brand.

Real Estate Development• During the period 1993-2007 in USA, Mr . Reddy has developed various

commercial ventures covering over .5 million sq. ft. ranging from Shopping Centres, Office Buildings, Storage Spaces. He also developed 2.04 mill sq. ft. of residential land development in South Carolina.

• Mr. Reddy is on the Board of Advisors of IMPACT an NGO working in the area of improving the medical facilities in Paediatric Oncology.

• Mr. Reddy is one of the chief patrons a palliative care facility for cancer patients called Sparsh Hospice.

• Mr. Reddy was bestowed with may awards for his professional excellence and social service in USA and India.
