Acid Proof Brick Lining Diagram

BR-PRIMERBR-Primer is single component Bitumen based Anti-Corrosive Black Point. It is used as a primer over concrete surface prior toapplication of mastic as membrance for Acid / Alkali proof Tile / Brick lining work.

BR-STICBR-Stic is a single component Bitumen base Mastic Compound of acid proof grade. It is used for exposed lining for corrosion resistant floors where traffic movement is light or non - existent. It is also used as an underlay for Acid Proof Brick / Tiles Lining.

BR-CINBR-CIN - C

(BR-CIN) is tow components; Furan Resin based Acid Proof Cement Consisting of powder and syrup, which is used for bedding and

jointing material for Acid Proof Brick / Tiles Lining. (BR CIN - C) A special grade called BR-Cin-c Furan Rasin based Carbon filled Acid Proof Cement is also available having all the properties of the normal BR-Cin grade referred above, but in addition to the above it is resistant to Hydrofluoric Acid and Strong Alkalies with Carbon Bricks.

BR-PHENBR-Phen is carbon and silico filled Phenolic Rasin Cement suitable for Acid proof tiles / bricks lining. This cement’s property is itsremarkable resistance to Sulphuric Acid, both Dilute and Concentrated.

BR-Ster is three components Novoloc Epoxy, Vinyl Ester, Resin Mortar, which is used for bonding acid proof bricks / tile lining. It provides excellent resistant to Oxiding Chemicals such as Chlorine Dioxide & hypochlorite solution as well as many acids, alkalies & solvents.

BR-KSWBR-NA

(BR-KSW) is two components Potassium based Silicate Acid Proof Cement. (BR-NA) is two components Sodium based Silicon Acid Proof Cement. Silicon Cement are proof against a wide variety of acidic condition covering the entire range of temperatures prevailing in Chemicals / Fertilizer Plants.

BR-CNSLBR-CNSL is two components CNSL (Cashew Nut Shell Liquid) and Acid Proof Cement recommended as bedding jointing material for acid, alkalies, salts resisting brick lining.

BR-POXY-100BR-Poxy-100 Grout is three Components Cosisting of Powder, Resin and Hardener base Epoxy Grouting / Jointing material.The advantage of this product is its ability to cure at room temperature and its excellent bonding properties.

BR-COAT-TEBR-Coat-Te is Coaltar based Epoxy High Build Coating widely used for Coating on Steel and Concrete surface in various industries.It offers long lasting life with resistance from corrosion and other chemicals.

BR-COAT-TE-BBR-Coat-TE-B is three Components, Consisting of Powder, Resin and Hardener based Chemical Resistant Coaltar Epoxy Cement.It is recommended as bedding and jointing material for Acid, Alkalies Proof Brick / Tiles Lining.

BR-SULBR-Sul is single Component Chemical Resistant Sulphur Cement which is to be melted and used. The main advantage of this is,it does not require any curing time. Hence, it is ideal for shutdown maintenance jobs.

FBP-LININGFRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) is a modern composites Polyester Resin Based Material. It is advisable for Chemical & Reaction Tanks, Storage Tank, Foundation, Structures etc...

BR-POXY-200BR-Poxy-200 is three components Consisting of Powder, Resin and Hardner based Epoxy Chemical Resistant Cement. It is used as bedding and joining material in Reaction Tanks, Floor & Foundation and Channel Towers etc... It is extensively used inPulp & Paper Industries and Textile Industries.

GRE-LININGGRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) is the protective lining of Tanks / Towers which would consist of a membrane followed by Acid Proof Tile Lining. The function of membrane is to prevent the parent surface being attacked by corrosive content which accidentally can pass through the tile joints.

Self-smoothing Polyurethane systems are an ideal solution for areas such as Meal Processing Zones, Dairies, Industrial Kitchens, Dry and wet Processing Zones, or any areas where food products frequently come in contact with the floor. It resists harsh chemicals common in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. As well, PU systems are also a favoured choice for pharmaceutical and healthcare environments, providing high sanitation and the maximum reach in clean ability and hygiene.
