RESOLUTION DECLARING AN INTENT TO ABANDON AND CLOSE a portion of Reed Boulevard in the city of Charlotte, Mecklenburg county, North Carolina

Whereas, Miehael A. 1MPtlmk has fiied a petition to close a portion of Reed &oolevard in the city of Charlotte; and

Whereas, the portion ofReed Boulevard to be closed lies east of Stafford Drive and extends easterly from Stafford Drive for approximately 329 feet to its terminus as shown in a map marked "Exhibit AH and is more pcrrticularly described by mates and bounds in a document marked "Exhibit B , both of which are available for mspection in tha office of the City Clwk, City Hall, Charlotte, North Carolina.
