Our app is aimed at people who manage real estate and it is also aimed at tenants. It will help the managers to manage their tenants and properties and we feel that the few tenant manager apps that are on the market are of poor quality and we can improve significantly on them.

People who manage real estate can get mixed up or confused with the properties that they own and this app will help them distinguish between them and manage them easily. It will help make their life easier and less stressful.

As well as this, our app can be used by tenants if they have a complaint that they want to send to a manager. It will also make things much easier for them.

We feel that it is to hard to manage many tenants, and that the apps that are already on the market do not help as much as our app would.

Both tenants and managers can use this app to contact people, view local flats and view inspections.

Real estate managers can own many properties at once and without a helpful app like ours, they can get confused or stressed if they get mixed up. Also, tenants may need to send a complaint to a manager if they are unhappy with their situation. Our app will significantly improve the quality of the communication between tenants and real estate managers and we feel that this is a key feature of our app.

The core question that our app is addressing is: how can you make life easier for real estate managers and tenants so that they can easily manage their actions?

The Tenant Manager Pro app can help a real estate manager keep a simple and easily-accessible record of their actions on their phone, as well as the properties they own and the tenants that they manage. It

will help them whilst they are on the go as well as if they are in an office or at their home.

Our team, Team Vision, has created an app to help tenant managers

manage their vast number of tenants with ease.

We have asked tenant managers, (who are the target audience of our app), if they struggle with managing their numerous number of tenants and in what way. One of the tenant managers said that they had to stay up till very late

every night to deal with calls and complaints from their tenants. This is what inspired the feature of the app that lets

you choose when you want to be disturbed.

Our team has researched other tenant manager app because

you can set it to only disturb you in a time period of your choice. Also, most of the other apps only focus on a certain

aspect of tenant managing, such as rent or properties, and so we think our app will be better because it overviews all

aspects of tenant management.

Our apps main feature is doing everything that tenant managers need

to do, but at a time that suits them, making their lives a bit easier.

Once you have logged in, all of the features will be displayed on the

homepage, so you can do anything with just one tap. Tenants can also make any complaints they have through the contact section.

While making this app, we had to constantly be cautious not to make a product that had a feature which was technologically impossible. We

do believe that our app features are possible because they are essentially features that a normal phone is able to do, like contact

people, and view maps, and so I believe that if our app is made, it will work fine.

We have chosen to make an app for real estate because we felt that

this is an area of business which lacks the apps it could have to make it easier.

In our search, we found that a few employers of Field & Sons struggle with managing all the tenants and would appreciate it if there was an

app that would help them manage all the properties and tenants.

Our app will hopefully make the lives of everyone in the real estate a

lot easier by managing the important features of it,

One of our group members fathers works with Field & Sons, who are

estate agents. He, as well as his colleagues struggle with the very problem that our app is trying to address. We could ask him to ask his co-workers if they would download an app like ours, and spread the

word about it. This is our strongest marketing strategy.
