Z. Tell in a brief paragraph (5-10 lines) your experience and recommendations for future Atlantis students:
#
Experience & Recommendations
1 Enjoying this ATLANTIS scholarship has been one of the most enriching experiences I've ever had. It gives you the chance to know a
new culture, together with new methods of teaching, which are totally different to ours. I would strongly recommend this
experience to anyone. Furthermore, just because of the improving of the language and the friends you make there it is,
undoubtedly, worthy.
2 It has been and incredible experience, meeting people, sharing culture and living such a great 4 months with a bunch of amazing
people. I would have stayed longer or even repeat if I could. I really enjoyed it and I would encourage everybody who has the
opportunity to do it, don't let it pass.
3
Plan ahead, and make sure to mix both social and professional life.
He podido conocer una
6 It couldn't be better. I didn’t have any problem concerning housing and documentation. The University of Central Florida gave me
anything I needed. Definitely studying abroad thanks to this grant is going to be a part of my CV very important.

Experience & Recommendations
7 It is an opportunity you cannot afford to lose. It was everything positive, I improved my English, I knew a bunch of people, I
immersed myself in a new and different culture... I recommend this experience everyone, I know you will be scared at the beginning
but I am sure will be worth the effort.
8 I encourage you to take part in the programme because it'll be a very enriching experience for you, as I believe you'll both have fun
and learn a lot from it. Also, I think it will be very valuable for your future career and to have better perspectives in the job market.
9 My experience in UCF was absolutely amazing. I would definitely highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to live
new experiences and meet people from all over the world.
10 I've been really lucky having this opportunity and the experience of studying in a country as the USA. The overall result is highly
positive and the experience enriching in both accademical and human term. I found it a rewarding time in my life as I learnt new
things while I develope myself, improve my language skills, and meet so many people from all over the world. I would encourage
everyone to study abroad with no doubt, and enjoy the ATLANTIS grant.
11 By taking the opportunity to study abroad are the same as saying I want to grow as a person. While spending your time away from
home you focus on yourself and become an individual person. You'll meet so much new people and have so much fun! Don't
hesitate to take the chance to enhance your professional experiences. Travel is life!
12 The Atlantis experience has been the best thing I have ever done. I had the chance to study in the USA, where I met a great people
and made longlife friends. I also studied in a foreign university where I learnt different methodologies and knowledge that I can
apply in my future job. Without any kind of doubts, I recommend Atlantis mobility to everybody, you won't regret!!
13 Studying abroad in Sweden was a great experience
14 My experience was like nothing I had felt before. I have lived abroad but having the bonus of all the other Erasmus students there

Experience & Recommendations
who are also looking to make friends is such a great environment. The educational part was the biggest challenge and only real
source of annoyance. It is definitely tough to get used to a new style of education but it is a great test and learning experience. I
don't think it is possible to not get something out of the experience if you have any interest in learning new things and growing as a
person. As soon as the first week was over, I was so excited that I told my friends back home that I would "recommend it to my
enemy". I'm not sure where that idea came from but it made me realize how deep my feeling of satisfaction was from my time
there.
15 It was an awesome experience to know a different culture and a different teaching method. It was also very helpful to improve my
language skills, my self-confidence, my personal development. Needless to say that it has enhanced my job opportunities after
graduation. Apart from that, the grant is enough so I would recommend ATLANTIS mobility to everyone.
16 The grant was helpful by assisting with paying for my tuition and classes. I had enough afterwards to pay for my accommodation
and meals. The grant gave me a comfort of spending a normal amount of spending for everyday life. For future students it is an
ideal grant to apply for.
17 Great experience, if I could I would do it again!
18 I had a great time at UCF in Orlando. I met new friends from many different countries and I found love! The scholarship helped me
pay for basically all my expenses during my semester abroad. Studying abroad helped me developing myself personally as well as
academically.
19 In the academic point of view the university has a great range of courses. It is a big campus with many events going on such as
football games. Living on your own in another country helps your confidence and you learn a lot about yourself. You become
independent. Another reason to go exchange is that you meet many friends and people around the world. A great life experience
which improves your CV as well.

Experience & Recommendations
20 My name is Carmen and I was a Civil Engineering student at the University of Central Florida during 2013-14. That year was a great
experience for me: I got the chance to live independently, improve my English skills and earn self-confidence. I strongly believe that
having studied in the US was the main reason to find a job right after I graduated and so, I encourage this program to everyone.
21 I had a great time at UCF and I only can encourage everyone to take this opportunity. It's a really useful vital experience.
22 Studying abroad was a wonderful experience but it made me want to live and work at home for at least the near future (because of
loneliness and familial relationships). Manage your money well, travel a lot, don't be afraid of looking foolish, speak to locals often.
23 I had an absolutely fantastic experience studying abroad in Sweden. My trip forever changed me for the better, personally,
academically, and professionally. Everything about my experience was great and irreplaceable except for two things. One, the cost
of living was a bit high, and two, the grading was incredibly harsh in two of the four courses I took while abroad. I recommend that
future Atlantis students certainly participate in this program, make sure to study hard while abroad, apply for any scholarships
they are eligible for before departure, and make sure to do some traveling around while abroad. Thank you Atlantis Program for
supporting me in studying abroad! I am deeply grateful!
24 The Atlantis programme is by far the best chance I had to explore other universities. Being, studying and learning there was an
outstanding experience that I will hardly forget. You won't get a better chance to get an insight of how EEUU people live, work and
think.

27 My experience as a participant of the ATLANTIS program has been great, I have had the opportunity to know a new culture, meet a
lot of people from everywhere in the world and visit places that I would not have been able to visit. My recommendations for future
ATLANTIS students are to enjoy this experience and do not hesitate in being part of it.
